there were too many orders in store & online which the outlet can't refuse & control. yet the counter manager did a great job of serving all in the promised 15 to 20 minutes. food was great...

Have been loving and having Taco Bell since 2015 from it’s store in Gurgaon. But the Balewadi,Pune outlet somehow always upsets. The reason is not food but the staff. Your team needs to take action just see the reviews that have been flooding for this branch,the staff is sheerly disrespectful not at all engaging at the same time rude to another level. Special mention to Akshay who took our order no respect towards a customer. Very bad experience like others. Such quality food is getting so many bad reviews just because of your staff look at your Zomato/Google reviews. STAFF needs to be changed immediately!

I ordered from Zomato for the first time and items were missing from my order, I contacted the restaurant and the guy on the phone was extremely rude and not ready to accept his mistake. I had a word with the Zomato support team and they said they can't do anything. this is not done I didn't receive my Mexican Paneer Taco nor did I get my refund. Terrible service from both Zomato and Taco Bell Balewadi. I want a refund now or else I will post on social media, with all the evidence and ask everyone to boycott you guys.
