I had a very disappointing experience at Taco Bell. The service was poor, and the employee who attended to me was quite rude. She spoke loudly, seemed to be in a hurry, and her tone while addressing me was unprofessional and disrespectful. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately, this visit fell far below expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff behavior and customer interactions.

I ordered from Taco Bell through Zomato and the experience was a complete mess. One item was missing from the order, and the packaging was careless and poorly handled. Food was not sealed properly, which is basic hygiene and quality control—something you clearly failed at. I expected better standards from a brand like this, but clearly that expectation was misplaced. Not ordering again unless this is taken seriously and fixed.

The food was absolute garbage. When I saw the “taco,” I honestly felt like I’d just thrown my money away. It was basically some cheap papad with tomato, onion, and chutney—calling that a taco is a joke. On top of that, they refused to honor my ₹500 voucher from District app. Total scam. Don’t ever use that app or trust this place

they have put up big board saying 50% office via district app. once you tell the items, during billing they say only ala carte is payable . pathetic Collab between district & taco bell.. would recommend all to try other food services at Phoenix Viman nagar

Pathetic. Ordered Rice Bowl Burrito and had no taste. No sauces. Veggies were Indian onion and tomatoes. Tacos were crispy but taste not as earlier.
