Food here is simply awesome. Misal, pattice, veg anda curry, butter milk are items we had here, and they are the best. This place is a hidden gem. We will keep coming to try more items as we stay very far from this place. The owner is a great person too.

We and our family visit Tapasya for good veg food. Thalipeet and Masala Baav are best the we have ordered. Decent restaurant for enjoying veg food.

Today We had an awesome lunch here at Tapasya लक्ष्मी रोड ला shopping ला गेलो की भटकून दमल्या वर जे थोडे फार खादाडी चे option आहेत त्यात आवर्जुन नाव घ्यावे असे कुमठेकर रोड वरील "तपस्या" आहे.. अगदी लहानपणापासून आई बरोबर साड्या न ची shopping, even माझा लग्नाचा बस्ता पेशवाई मध्ये बांधुन ही तपस्या मध्ये च गेलो होतो 🤩😍 खुप जुने आणि प्रसिध्द हॉटेल तसे लहान आहे पण तेथील पदार्थ खूपच मस्त आहेत.. South indian snacks तर आहे पण खास करून आपले महाराष्ट्रीयन पदार्थ जस पिठलं,मटकी, थालिपिठं, मिसळ पावभाजी तर अप्रतिम असतात.. एवढ्यात Peo वर बरेचदा तपस्या नाव वाचल्या वर परत एकदा ती चव ते दिवस डोक्यात घोळू लागले😋एकदम फीलिंग नॉस्टॅल्जिक😇😅 आज अचानक नवऱ्या ने स्वतःसाठी सुट्टी जाहीर केली मग त्याची सुट्टी मार्गी लावली मी तपस्या मध्ये 😅😅😅 सगळ्यात आधी मागवलं कांदा भजी आणि भाजणी थालीपीठ... कांदा भजी😍... एकदम सही... लाजवाब taste ... खमंग वासाची आणि खुसखुशीत चवी ची... खूप दिवसांनी बाहेर इतकी छान भजी खाल्ली👌👌👌... Highly recommended!! नक्की खावून पहा.. भाजणी थालिपिठं खास त्यांच्या style ची तळलेले😍😋 सुंदरच.. Taste एकदम हटके ये 😋😍 लिहिताना परत चव तोंडात आली☺️😋.. Highly recommended!! आवर्जून खावून पहा मग आली मटकी उसळ आणि भाकरी... परत नॉस्टॅल्जिक फीलिंग्स.. माझी आई बनवते असा हिरवा रस्सा पण बाहेर दुसरीकडे नव्हता मिळाला कुठ.. आईची आठवण काढत भाकरी चुरून खाल्ली.. खुप उचक्या लागल्या असतील तिला 😍😍😅😅😅😅 खर तर मला अजून येथील पिठलं आणि भाकरी खावून पहायचा होत... पण तेवढय़ात kitchen मधून पावभाजी चा असला मस्त सुगंध आला आणि नवरया चा Mood पावभाजी खायचा बनला .. पावभाजी जशी असायला हवी तशीच चमचमीत होती.. घट्टसर आणि मुख्य म्हणजे अति प्रमाणात बटाटा नव्हता त्यामुळे भाज्या न ची छान चव जाणवत होती..👌👌 पावभाजी नंतर तवा पुलाव must असतोच ...तो पण मस्त बनवला होता... त्या बरोबर ची कोशिंबीर जिचा उल्लेख केला नाही तरी चालतो पण मी आवर्जून करेल कारण खूप छान गोड होती 👍👌👌 Overall चांगला झाला हा बेत.. " तपस्या" होटेलचा अभिप्राय वाचून खूपदिवस झाले ..जाऊ जाऊ म्हणता काही केल्या जाणं होत नव्हतं. शेवटी काल आमचा योग आला. आम्हाला येथे भेट द्यायला उशीर झाला म्हणून की काय,होटेल बाहेरील चित्रातील रागाने फुगुन लाल झालेला गाल ( भाजणीच थालपीठ) न दोन डोळे ( green peas patties) माझ्याकड़े बघत होती... मग दिली ऑर्डर...पहिले थाटात green peas patties आलं...आहाहा.. अप्रतिम चव ... दुसरी ऑर्डर : टम्म फुगलेले थालपीठ..त्याच्या गालावर..अलगद.. लोण्याचा (परिस)स्पर्श झाला .लोण्यासोबतच....थालपीठाचा राग देखील विरघळला....न थालपीठ माझ्याकडे बघून चक्क हसू लागले .उत्कृष्ट चव. बोलेतो क्या..एकदम कडक... Nice place in the middle of city. Food quality is very good and refreshing (in case you’ve shopped a lot at Laxmi road). One thing I am not very happy with, is in this new era why does this place not have e-payment option! This is one area which needs improvement. Overall, very nice place to visit.

Its a nice place to have some authentic Maharashtraian food but is quite costly. The food was nice but not the best. We ordered a misal pav,bhajni thalipeeth,bhakri with matki usal. The only dish that stand out was bhakri with matki usal everything was tasty. The misal was only looking red and was not that spicy or tasty there are many other great options for misal in the city. The thalipeeth was plain and didnt had any veggies or onions,it was plain and tasted just like kombadi wada. So yes it was a big kombadi wada which i had to eat alone as there was no chicken or any other sabji😝. Overall its a good place to have snacks but the price is bit high but not too high for the place its situated at.

Had been with family during Laxmi road visit. Ordered items & feedback 1.Misal - Tasty - value for money - appropriate quantity 2.Bhajni Thalipeet -Tasty -Value for money -Served along with dahi, chutney & 1spoon Loni -very oily -while ordering mention that oil to be drained from Thalipeet while serving. 3.Batata Wada - Appropriate size wadas - Tasty - served 2nos 4.Tea and coffee Enjoy ur visit at this place during Laxmi road shopping.

We had ordered special missal and bhajani thalipeeth with loni, dahi and chatni. It was good. Missal was spicy.Ambience is small but cute. Service is fine.
