This review is long overdue. I visited Upside Health a month and a half ago. I owe them a review because they offer something truly unique. Food lovers who love great taste and want small portion size with all the health benefits can find some peace here. They make desserts with the healthiest ingredients and zero sugar. It is a tricky feat and the healthy eaters know how rare this is to find. I found the prices quite reasonable for the effort they put in. I tasted the pannacota, almond flour brownie and the seeds mathri. Everything stood out with tasty flavours. A small advice to the visitors - the place is unlike other dessert places. They create taste with highly nutritious and difficult ingredients. The portion size is just apt for your palate as well as health. Please go with an open mind and do not compare the portion sizes to the other places.

They better alternative for sugar brownie. Tried there sugar free brownie and almost felt like eating a real brownie and fact is it didn't tasted like you are eating something which does not contain sugar in. The sugar free sugar used gave it a perfect taste and the chocolate on top was cherry on th top loved it alot😋

This is a great option and now my always GO tO treat when you are on weight/fat loss journey… excellent substitutes for all typically craved desserts… low carb, low sugar and perfect satiating taste …

I had ordered pedha for my parent’s anniversary. I love the dynamic menu of Upside Health. They are fresh, tasty, healthy and most importantly guilt free! Highly recommended :)
