Excellent - ambience and decor. Best in Pune Average to Bad - food. Good: pumpkin pitta bread Average: DanDan noodles. A bit too spicy Bad: garlic bread. Which came on white bread toast. So bad and unexpected. Worst: the drinks. We requested for a fancy drink and showed them a drink from the menu. It came and it was terrible looking. We pointed out and he said images can’t be same as drink. I reminded him that we conversed before ordering that it needs to be fancy and Rajeev looked at the drink and agreed to get that. 1000 rupees for that bad drink was bad. Worse probably was the service. When we complained about the drink he said it would be the same when we requested for something fancy and literally showed him the picture of the drink from their menu. He insisted it’s the same and only when I said it was my 40th birthday celebration did he relent and said he will get me a complimentary cake. I declined and said I don’t want bad complimentary cakes for my birthday celebration but drinks done right. He finally went and got slightly better looking drinks but it was nothing extraordinary. 2000 for those 2 drinks was not worth it. Garlic bread was another issue. The menu said it came with cheese and they brought with none. When we again pointed out they again said it’s meant to be that way. I showed them menu did they realise the discrepancy and said they will get it done again. But to be honest that white maida bread garlic bread cheese was as bad as irani cafe one. So not worth the menu. Everything was so disappointing that we stopped cocking pics after pumpkin hummus and pita bread. And also the laggy digital menu after scanning it through the mobile phone with a QR code, awful. A digital experience should seamless and easy to use. But this wasn’t. Overall not a good experience.

If I had to sum up the whole experience in one word, it would be: abysmal. They seated us in a corner which had such bad ventilation. We requested to change the table it took them more than half n hour. (Despite having a reservation) The food took another hour to be served, after multiple reminders. The management was all over the place. Too much chaos which they couldn’t handle. And they were other tables who were facing the same problem. Not worth any penny tbh. It is not the servers/captain’s fault. The management should work on getting better.

Pathetic service. The waiting time for food was unreasonable. We didng get our food for an hour. And when it came there was a cockroach. The staff was unapologetic about their low standard service

Worst experience ever. Service is extremely poor. We didn’t get to eat the food we ordered even after 40 mins of waiting. Literally the worst place to visit.
