I recently visited Bakehouse at the Hyatt for an afternoon of desserts and coffee with a friend, and it was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Manager Maninder and Barista Nikhil. From the moment we arrived, Maninder's humble and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home, adding a genuine warmth to our visit. Nikhil, as both barista and server, crafted our coffee perfectly and delivered each dessert with such care. Every sip and bite reflected his skill and dedication, making our dessert break truly special. I am deeply grateful for the kindness and professionalism of both Maninder and Nikhil, who made this visit remarkable. Highly recommend Bakehouse for anyone looking to enjoy exceptional desserts and coffee in a welcoming atmosphere.

they charge a bomb for being inside Hyatt regency but prepare their cakes with absolutely stinking oil. It's appalling. i stay away from restaurants that serve food with stinky oil and I couldn't believe that a cafe inside a 5 star hotel would also fall in such a category. ridiculous! i couldn't get rid of that stinky oil smell from my hands.
