Ordered waffles from here! They tasted great! I find a bit expensive but it's a good try! So you can buy waffles from here but be willing to pay😊

We went for dine in at this outlet. We reached at about 11:10 PM. The staff didn't tell us in advance that it closes at 11:00 PM and still took our order. They turned off the lights while we were eating and asked us to leave and eat outside because they were "closing". They were not even polite while doing so. It was extremely rude of them to do what they did. They didn't even consider apologizing for it. Didn't expect such rude treatment to customers. I have seen other restaurants and cafes (not in Pune) which don't show such rude behaviour. They generally close the shutter halhfways but don't turn off the lights and rudely ask the customers to eat outside. The customers are told in well in advance that the kitchen is about to close. Wouldn't recommend to visit this place.

worst Experience with The Belgium waffle staff... they were literally too irresponsible and rude with me... they don't even change my waffle and not given my refund...

I got a burnt triple chocolate waffle , not edible and very poor service , Seems like a fake belgian waffle franchise!
