Waffles have gained a lot of popularity recently, and a huge rise in the waffle places has surprisingly been a good one. Unlike many other cuisines or items ruined by Pune's mediocre restauranteurs mushrooming around, waffles are yet at a good level of quality. I'm gonna enjoy this phase, and I hope this lasts. Anyway. This particular joint has a small bench inside, so you can sit, and listen to some music while having your waffle/s. Needless to say, dark chocolate is their specialty and rightly so.

I ordered Dark and White Fantasy Waffle. This is my second order. It has never disapointed me with its taste. I always get cravings to order from here. It is so delicious and always so amazing to eat. Feels like eating more. I do recommend to try this as i loved the combination of White chocolate and Dark chocolate Waffle.

Waffles are one of the best desserts for me. I always go for a kitkat waffle. I have been enjoying waffles when the store was in Magarpatta DC. You can also get an offer on some days. I would prefer to go to the store and enjoy it there. You get waffles within 5-7min.

Great service by the three servers, Ajay, Prajval and Kartik. Very cheerful and helpful... Although I would've loved some whipped cream with my waffles, but even without the cream, the waffles were delicious!! 😍😍

Taste 5/5 Packaging 5/5 Delivery 5/5 Price 4/5 When it comes to dessert, Belgian Waffle has the ability to end my sweet cravings! Ordered Dark Chocolate Waffle and to my surprise the delivery was very quick. It was delivered in the most pleasant manner. I don’t have to talk about the taste! When we speak about Dark Chocolate you know that hit right! Would love to order it again and again.❤️

I ordered Belgian Double chocolate Waffle from DC Magarpatta and let me tell you it was too yum.... We really enjoy every bit of it....if you are a chocolate lover it's a must try place...

the staff says at 10.50 pm that the store is closed and cannot take order.. after insisting they take order and ask you to wait outside the store. The timings on Zomato is clearly mentioned till 11.59 then why do they tell customer that the store is closed.. If the store is supposed to be closed before 11.00 pm then kindly update timings on Zomato as people travel from far assuming store will be open till 11.59

I am writing this review after multiple visits. Made these visits to check if the attitude changes. The staff is very rude. They won't help you if you have any queries on the waffle selection. For any questions they point at menu card and the attitude is take it or leave it. Will try to visit again and record the video so as to share on social media

They sent me wrong delivery when I called him he said "it happened by mistake so what have that only" this is ridiculous. I called back and the rep isnt answering. His name is Nikhil from magarpatta city Belgian waffle. Pune people are pathetic at keeping up brand name. I got two white chocolate instead of dark chocolate

Staff attitude doesn't makes it a pleasant visit. The two boys are usually indifferent to customer needs. They work at their own pace (read snail's). If u expect anything more than product (e.g. curtseys, fast service) avoid this outlet.
