Tried this Amazing double chocolate waffle not only was it filled with yummy melting chocolate even the waffle batter was made with cocoa. Really enjoyed this delicious waffle. As I type this review I crave for one. Here I go to order one right away.

The Belgian Waffle Co has achieved cult status all over India and is the fastest growing dessert outlet in india. Now with many imitations also popping up here and there, their brand value has skyrocketed over the years. This one is a small outlet in Salunke Vihar, neat clean and well maintained. The staff is decent and are aware of what is what! I struck a convo with Sooraj and Lala and learned many a techniques to make a good Waffle;they sell Waffle mix off the shelf. The best part is their prices, quite competitive and affordable. Two waffwich in ice cream will cost you approx 380 only. So we ordered a Kiki oreo icecream waffwich - vanilla icecream, oreo crumble, cream and two crunchy waffles as a sandwich. Also a Lotus Biscoff and milky way waffwich- lotus biscoff crunches, white chocolate cream, in an wafflesandwich. My glucolevels hit the roof after this ordeal I am sure.

Service was too slow they took more than 20-25 mins for mini pancakes and waffle which was not as wanted and too soft and not in dark base tho

I was the first one to enter when Debashish was busy doing other things instead of taking my order. Then 2 more people came and he took their order first while i was just waiting at the counter. Then when i make him realise about it, i requested him to at least serve me before them. Yet he served me last. And he said in front of them that they came in before me. After they leave, he tells me that he messed up. How humiliating

This newly opened outlet is the worst one. They provide all soggy and worst quality waffles. They take hours to make it. The staff is rude. The previous outlet which was next to Baskin Robbins handled more rush seamlessly without compromising on quality. But this one is a nightmare.

First of all they do not use Belgian chocolate, on asking them do you use belgian chocolate they said yes then after cross questioning that Belgian chocolate import was stopped more than a year back due to COVID they said yes sir it’s just compound chocolate we get from amazon.

The waffles were cold and soft and soggy. Even the staff was so rude and unruly, constantly shouting and laughing amongst themselves and I had to wait for 5 minutes before they were willing to take order. It was very disappointing.

The staff is pathetic! They dont know how to talk to customers specifically this one guy who cant manage work load. Theyre rude and think customers are their servants.
