Very very slow service...if the outlet owner really want to earn from this outlet. he/she need to know how to manage it... The boys are performing really low ...not happy with the service provided.. :(.. quality is good though...

Mr. Shoaib Ansari just because you are employed under a good brand but you have to improve in customer service. I have been told to wait 35-40 mins and even after 50 mins this guy failed to do the utmost important thing to apologise to the customer and instead was rude enough for me to quit being a customer of Belgian waffle. Sorry Ansari bro but you are the reason you won’t be seeing me again at your store, I hope you understand what you did wrong, and not repeat again in the future. If you could be a little humble after your mistake you would have been employee of the month because you work hard however you are rude, so I will score you 0 for your behaviour and 10 points for your hard work.

Absolutely disgraceful service provided to the customers at the outlet. I was told to wait for 15-20 mins due to rush and instead waited for about 45 mins with nothing but a ‘wait sir’ being said to me continuously. And the staff was being rude once I started demanding for the waffle after a while. Definitely will not be going to this place ever again and will tell the people that go here as well.

There’s a noticeable difference in the quality of waffles from Belgian Waffle when dining in versus ordering through Swiggy or Zomato. At the store, you get freshly made waffles generously loaded with chocolate and cream. However, with online delivery, the waffles often arrive with a hard, stale crust and significantly less chocolate. A store visit is highly recommended over ordering online.

Pathetic they are. From 10 they start saying dine in order close. And after accepting orders they deliver food late. When you go to store they don’t take orders and when you order home delivery they send you pathetic waffles . Delivery boy has to wait for long

Pathetic Service and rude staff. Not punctual on orders. Took 1.5 hours to prepare a waffle. Extremely rude staff with no care about customer's concerns. Hopeless service

One of the order is missing from restaurant ordered 2 waffle but restaurant has given only one waffle to delivery guy
