If you are looking for food with Western in Indian touch then 'The Crunch Affair' is the best destination. They have two joints in pune, one is in Viman Nagar and the other one is in pheonix market city. They have a wide options in Chimney. I tried their Paneer Mexicano Chimney and it was so delicious. I also tried double decker with a option of Choco Brownie Shake and chessy peri peri fries, the combination was super and both the things was going perfectly with one another. Overall, they have the best fusion food💜

Yesterday I visited The crunchy affairs, It was just awesome... I ordered butter chicken and Afghani chimney it was so delicious 🤤🤤 I just loved... The concept of Budapest fusion is just amazing and they serve you fresh baked cones ... DO VISIT the THE CRUNCHY AFFAIRS...at viman Nagar pheonix mall.

So a few days back I had visited The Crunch affair (Phoenix food court)vimanagar concept from budapest . I tried their oreo shake with chessy peri peri fries(doubledecker) which was amazing I also tried the paneer Makhani Cone it didn't impress me much but you can give it a try.Over all a good experience of trying this.

Recently I've been here. The street food of Budapest in pune this is the concept of the crunch affair and they truly made it possible . I ordered double decker (shakes+choice of fries) and the butter chicken chimney cone. Butter chicken chimney cone was actually very good do give it a try for sure .I'll definitely recommend this place .

Food was good but none of the employees wear gloves. It's a bit unhygienic place. They just need to be a bit more hygienic else everything else is good

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! The manager who took my order had the worst “why r u disturbing me, i dont wanna take ur order” attitude, the staff was very unprofessional and UNHYGIENIC! They were mopping and cooking at the same time! The mop bucket was dumped on the utensils in the sink. NOONE was wearing GLOVES and passing the food with the “mop hands”. The waiter just took out the chicken from the frier with his bare hands, put it on the counter without anything under it (a plate or a paper). The one making the order was ao lazy tht he didn’t garnish the fries coz he couldn’t find the coriander container, while the guy who was mopping passed it to him without gloves again! overall, just PATHETIC! You need a good and professional staff!

Extremely rude guy on the counter. Asked us to get a glass from home for the water we purchased. Says it's company policy, waited 10 mins after the food was ready and we specially asked him to just hadn it to us. Last but not the least, the food is extremely unhygienic and overpriced as well. The staff does not use any gloves and rolls the dough on the bare table top, see the picture

afgani garlic chicken was handed over 35 mins, they fry chicken nuggets and cover In Mayo . I call it below average.

Pathetic customer service. Absolutely non responsive staff (two ladies in particular). Never ever trying this place.
