I would like to appreciate the excellent service provided by Payal at The Bid Capitals. She was polite, professional, and truly made the experience enjoyable. I visited the deccan bid capital with my friend and I loved the vibes. The servers were very helpful with helping us decide our choice of drinks and the ambience was good and clean too.

Chicken reshampatti tikka - one piece was a little undercooked. Veg Garlic noddles was oily and had the smell of used oil. Kindly look into this.

Been waiting since more 20 mins. No physical menu card available. Been waiting for drinks for more than 15 mins. Worst guest service. No attendee for guests. Had to wait for menu for too long. Disappointed and regretted coming here. NEED TO IMPROVE VERY MUCH. And please add a physical menu card.

Horrendous experience. one of the most unhygienic restaurants in the area. There were bed bugs on the sofa and small cockroaches on the bill. When requested to change the bland cocktail they served we were rudely refused by the manager. Just water in the name of beer.
