The flour works used to be such an iconic Hotspot of Kalyani nagar.. now it has become some below average place. there were cockroaches near our table. tne stuffed mushroom was overly deep fried- dripping in oil.. the farm house pizza was supposed to be sourdough but it was regular maida based.. The toppings were stale and sundried tomatao had definitely gone bad.. The waiter didnt seem to really acknowledge that. I had specifically requested for no sugar in my juice and it came with loads of sugar. though the server changed it but this time the soda in it had gone completely flat! If they are charging so much they might as well give god quality food and not spoil peoples health so disappointed.

I have been visiting flour works from a very long time and have noticed that the service has degraded so bad that I had to write a review. The body language of the staff is like so unenthusiastic and drained. When asked for WiFI it always seems that its not functional. The vibe is dead and completely disheartening.

Service, food quality and taste were all below average. This place used to be so good. Not sure what’s happened. Waiters seemed clueless and the kitchen service was super slow. The dessert pastries all seemed stale.

Service was absolutely shit, first bad experience of a cafe in Pune, the hot chocolate was so so bad, horrible if I may say. The manager is rude and actually all the staff seem like very rude

I was served very stale pancakes. I had also mentioned it’s for my 2 year old still this is what I was served. Very surprised by this.

very bad service. felt like they didn't want to attend to us. and got such a hard and stale dessert. very disappointed.
