Great place to enjoy games and food. Both are great. Charcoal cheesecake is chef special however we didn’t like it. Chef was kind enough to provide us complimentary dish.

we had great time. Generally just dinners are not so fun, however the Game Palacio offers bowling, dinner, dance floor, games for kids... so its great

bowling is good but place is quite expensive. ended up spending 27 k for total of 6 people.

Serving staff is good but problem is with their manager. We had organised our team outing and to our surprise on same night they were doing for 4 different companies at once plus normal walk-in’s. When requested to call manager, staff told he is busy right now and on going to him he was just scrolling Insta. On bar drinks order, no control, who is ordering, who is taking and then at billing took more than 30 min just to show us videos of who had picked drinks. After paying more than a lakh, will a customer argue for 1 single drink. Staff was helpful but manager and their SPOC for party planning, worst experience.

Did not inform about their terms which were told at the time-of payment, no written conditions explained; we booked through zomato but no discount was offered though having a confirmed booking.

Despite of dining in the manager didn't accepted the payment. Furthermore he said complaint to zomato.
