Had a great experience here! The food was full of authentic flavors, especially the dumwala murg, kukkad ki nihari and dum aloo ki kashmiri and in breads, we tried khamiri roti, malabari pudina paratha.The service was quick and friendly, and the ambience felt warm and welcoming. Mr. ******, who was assigned to serve us, completely ruined what was meant to be a special and memorable marriage anniversary. His behavior was shockingly unprofessional—there was no basic courtesy, no greeting, and not even the slightest effort to make us feel welcome. What was absolutely unacceptable—and frankly humiliating—was when, in the middle of our meal, he approached my wife and asked her to move to a different table. This was not just inappropriate, it was deeply disrespectful. My wife was left in tears on our anniversary, feeling judged and diminished, as if we were being assessed for not meeting some arbitrary standard of status or appearance. This experience was not just disappointing—it was offensive and degrading. A day that should have been filled with joy was completely overshadowed by this appalling conduct. Such behavior reflects extremely poorly on your establishment and raises serious concerns about how customers are treated. This is not just a complaint—it is a serious escalation. I expect this to be addressed with urgency and accountability.

We booked table but still were made to wait for 15 mins and when we asked again we were told table is having main course when it will be empty u will get it then which was easily a wait for another 30 mins easily. There were two empty tables and they were given to others when asked the floor manager said that its first come first serve - then why the heck did u accept zomato booking then ? When confronted he behaved rudely and didnt even make any effort.
