Worst staff. Worst service. We asked for water 5 times still no response even though the place was empty. Very arrogant manager. They served tap water in unclean glasses. Please do not visit.

Tasteless food…tacos were soggy , paneer was sour and stale… hummus platter tasteless and pita was not baked… not recommended at all… plus if he complains, your complaint falls on deaf ears…saying that’s how it’s served . Don’t fall for d discounted offers …

Visited for a celebration, left disappointed. We visited The Irish House (Wakad, Phoenix Mall) to celebrate a special occasion, but sadly, the experience was anything but special. Our reservation was for 9:30 PM. We called ahead to check if we could arrive earlier — the staff confirmed it was fine. However, once we got there and ordered drinks, we were interrogated about arriving early, as if we had done something wrong. We were forced to show proof that we had called. It was embarrassing, and not something any guest should be put through — especially when we were clearly being respectful and upfront. The staff was cold, borderline rude, and kept eyeing our table in a way that made us uncomfortable the entire time. There was no warmth, no smile, and certainly no effort to make us feel welcome. The food was average at best — nothing stood out, and definitely not worth the price. The only good thing about the place is the ambience, but that alone cannot make up for poor service and mediocre food. Overall, this place is overhyped, overpriced, and underwhelming. If you’re looking to celebrate something special, look elsewhere — hospitality is clearly not a priority here.
