The ambiance is amazing. So majestic and so peaceful. You can go there for some yummy deserts or a cup of coffee and admire the huge chandeliers and the decor. The apple crumble pie was delicious and is highly recommended. The New York cheesecake was also very nice. The freak shakes were a disappointment. Its also not very expensive for a 5 star hotel so do give it a visit!

The lobby is amazing, I had the most amazing speciality coffee- made and served by Pappu! Great guy, amazing hospitality! Would definitely come back Cz of the small gestures! Ambience was really good, you’ll feel like sitting for hours. Ask for the guy named Pappu there, very helpful and great at service!

The sheraton lobby Cafe was a luxury experience we had caramel frappe and took a cake which was super delicious add on service was fabulous specially sarthak and pranali were so perfect at service.

The Mumbai sandwich was so good for it to be in Pune! The service is mind blowing! Muskaan the head at the Lobby was at her best service :) will surely come here often for the sandwich!

Absolutely love the chocolates here, do try the Nutella and Dark chocolate. Even the Cheese croissants are totally worth it.

i have been to this Place a few times and i love the ambaince here. its such a calm place to sit and have a good read with cofee. they have a well prepard menu. i personally love their coffee menu as i am a coffee lover.
