Visited The Nines at The Arbour, Kalyani Nagar. The place is quite spacious, with ample seating and options for private parties. The interiors are beautifully done, with grand arches, chandeliers, stained glass and intricate wall detailing. We tried the Indian food and really enjoyed it. Service was quick initially, though it slowed down a little as the place got busy. Overall, a good spot with a nice ambience and good food.

Great place.. super service and variety of yummy food. ambience is top notch and quite positive. minus points.. the lady on the phone was not very friendly for booking the table.. valet charges are 150 per car.. not acceptable. overall quite good.

We had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. We made a reservation through Zomato, where no cover charges were mentioned during the booking process. However, when we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that we had to pay additional cover charges to enter. We were told that the charges were ₹2,000 for the couple and ₹1,500 per person, making the total amount approximately ₹6,000. This information was never clearly communicated to us at the time of booking. We were told that entry would not be allowed unless we paid these charges, leaving us with no option but to cancel our plan. It is extremely disappointing that customers are not informed about such significant charges in advance. If these charges are mandatory, they should be clearly mentioned on Zomato or communicated to customers before confirming the reservation, rather than surprising them upon arrival. I strongly recommend that the management improve its transparency regarding pricing and reservation policies. Customers deserve clear information and respectful treatment, not unexpected charges and pressure at the entrance. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that other customers do not face the same situation.

Great ambience but food was not great. drinks extremely diluted. The Vibe - just bad. Staff is undertrained for a upscale place like this.
