Hands down one of the best pet cafes in pune with a wide range of food options. The service is top notch and the seating on the rooftop has just the perfect vibe ❤️ Shall recommend it to everyone especially those ones with pets.

The cafe is so comfortable and cozy, that even a girl like me who is scared of dogs was familiarised to the pets by the staff working over there. The service was rather exceptional and the burger was very crispy. We loved it!

this cafe is best who loves dogs and cats. they have their own three dogs with such amazing names and two cats..both have different sections and it is hygiene maintained. the food is amazing. I loved their peri peri fries and their cold coffee. I didn't like the white sauce pasta but the rest were delicious.. one should definitely visit this place.

I fell off about it. I felt the animals confined in a flat like space just to make a cafe. They seemed to be dull maybe due to less space . Not sure if they are take outside to have day light energy. I hope they feed them well and take care of them medically. The food wasn't at par. The chocolate milkshake was terrible. Pasta was good. I think it needs cleanliness and maintenance. Giving 3 stars just because they take care of animals. But the dogs didnt seemed to be rescued. They all were breed dogs non of it was street dog .

Well, we were genuinely excited to visit the Pet Café, hoping for a warm and memorable experience, but sadly it turned out to be completely disappointing and emotionally draining. From the moment we entered around 8:20 PM, the atmosphere and staff made us feel unwanted. Instead of being greeted with hospitality, the expressions on the staff’s faces clearly made us feel like our presence was an inconvenience just because there were 40 minutes left before closing. The very first thing we were told was, “We are closing,” rather than being welcomed as guests. What made the experience worse was the constant misinformation and lack of communication. No proper explanation was given regarding the cover charges or how they could be redeemed. Instead of assisting us politely, the host staff kept complaining about what they didn’t have available and behaved as if they simply wanted us to leave quickly so they could shut the café by 9 PM. We ordered a blueberry cheesecake shake, expecting something worth the price and hype, but honestly, it tasted like a basic premix syrup topped with whipped cream — far from fresh or authentic. The most upsetting part came during billing. We paid INR 1100 as cover charges, yet the amount for the blueberry cheesecake shake was not redeemed. When we questioned it, the cashier only gave vague and unconvincing explanations instead of resolving the issue professionally. Overall, the entire experience lacked warmth, professionalism, and even basic courtesy. Hospitality should make people feel comfortable and welcomed, but here it felt more like, “Why did you even come?” rather than valuing guests. Was the experience worth the money, excitement, and expectations? Sadly, not at all.

Definitely overrated! The food taste and quality is way too below average. The cheesy fries had yellow cheese (definitely tasted like turmeric!). Considering the 300-500 price range, the food is pathetic. Plus the Rs. 500 per person cover charge redeemable by food seemed like waste considering food quality. Would definitely not recommend. Service was also quite slow.

One of the worst and pathetic experiences we ever had Even after calling the cafe 5 times and confirming that if we can come and the timing We were denied entry because apparently the staff was tired after event Manager and owner did not help

Please Update Your prices and the menu card. If you are charging 500 cover charges the menu has to have variety. Been there to have pizza. But they didn't serve it
