Had a great dining experience at The Regent. We had a pre-booked table and everything was well arranged on arrival. The food quality really stood out, especially the veg dilruba, which was a pleasant surprise and absolutely worth trying. We requested it to be spicy, and the kitchen delivered exactly to our preference, which is not always the case at many places. The staff deserves appreciation for their polite and attentive behavior, with no signs of rudeness or neglect. Orders were served on time, making the overall experience smooth and satisfying. Definitely a place I’d recommend for good food and courteous service.

I recently visited this hotel and overall had a good experience. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and I got a table and all the required services without any delay. However, I would like to share one concern for feedback purposes.We ordered three Bisleri water bottles, each with an MRP of ₹18, but were charged ₹35 per bottle. We noticed this only when checking the bill. To clarify the pricing, we politely approached the person at the reception. Unfortunately, the discussion did not go as expected — the receptionist started speaking in a loud tone and said that it’s a government rule that hotels can charge whatever price they want for beverages, as long as the prices are mentioned in the menu card.He then added that the higher price includes the facilities and services provided by the hotel, but when we asked whether these were service charges, he denied it rather arrogantly and contradicted himself later. He even mentioned that high court judges and other respected guests visit and don’t complain — implying that our concern was insignificant.This left me wondering — if hotels can charge any price for basic essentials like bottled water, even when the MRP is printed, is such a system really fair for ordinary or less privileged people?

In starter Veg manchurian and golden corn is good but cheese balls is very average. Dal khichadi tadaka also good.

Horrible Service, Pathetic Staff. Extremely dumb people including the management. Apart from that very rude. We ordered hot coffee / Tea which was not available due to Gas issues (Which we totally understand). So we ordered 2 cold coffee (Horrible tastes) and 1 Lime soda. And we requested, can we get a tea from a next door and asked them please charge your own tea rates and give your cup as well. That became an issue for them.

don't use regent food they deliver un tested food which prepared 2 to 3days before
