The Tea menu is quite varied. Pratiksha is one of the best servers I have ever encountered in my experience. She made sure me and my friend had a comfortable High Tea at the lounge. She always had a bright smile on her face and helped us with the Tea and Pastries. We tried Earl Grey tea. It was awesome. The quantity of tea served is high. I would recommend sharing 1 tea with 2 people as I personally felt overdrunk on Tea. If Ritz Carlton is reading this, please send my regards to Pratiksha for her prompt and friendly service. I hope to visit this place again to try different Teas and also some milkshakes in the future.

Totally mesmerised by Ritz Carlton Tea Lounge Experience. We went on a weekday so it was less crowded. My husband opted for “Hi Tea” set buffet and I ala-carte. I can sense quality of food by its taste and aroma. They have wide range of coffee, tea and other cold beverages. Service was prompt and it was super neat & clean. I would love to visit again with my friends & family.

No words to explain the luxury of the fabulous Ritz Carlton Pune. Visited the Tea lounge couple of days ago! VFM.. Tried the Earl grey and some smoky flavor tea. Was just so soothing. The music played in the background was the best accompanient to the tea. Should try the handmade cookies. Will surely visit next for the evening tea experience!

This tea lounge at Ritz Carlton is just awesome. Ambience is here is just killing.. Lots of cool vibes here..  Hospitality of the staff is just at Lovely. Snacks, desserts, Sandwiches everything has great quality. Experience was great. Worth every penny spent here. It peaceful with music at the background it just feels great.

I just loved this place, so beautiful and peaceful it is. I ordered one hot mocha coffee and one cold coffee must say it was amazing. Service was bit slow but the property is beautiful. Staff is amazing and very helpful. Ambience is too good. Totally in love with Ritz Carlton Pune.

Coffee, midnight talks, peace, wonderful service, comfort and what all can one experience. Addiction get rigid here and refusal to coffee is far gone.

The tea lounge is on the ground floor itself open hall area, dress code is none but smart casuals work (boys get your shoes on, girls can go for heels or sandals!) One should definitely go for the tea buffet packages which costs 825+ tax (9%), For unlimited beverages we tried most of the teas on menu (my personal fav being blue earl grey) and mocchiato coffee. The food is not unlimited though, it comes as shown in the photo, top layer of finger sandwiches three types (2 pieces of each) we opted for all three nonveg sandwiches which were present on the menu, I skipped ham so they replaced it with chicken sandwich luckily. The next two layers were sweet and savoury, again one piece of each mini cake and tart present on the menu. All of them had elite taste loved it. The ambience was obviously up to the mark. The service was okay 3/5, deduction of 2 points because it was not easy to get hold of the server as she was the only one serving the whole tea lounge and was far away from the guests on the table so it was tough for her to manage the guests crowd. (Tea lounge was 2-4 tables full only on a Sunday) Overall it was a great high tea experience.

Very horrible and pathetic service provided by staff and overall please don’t visit this place anytime I have ordered nachos and mocktail which costs me around 2000 which is not worth single penny taste is also not good at all 😡😡😡😡😡they just need money and don’t need anything u without even service nice and tasty food
