I went with my family and pet and had a good experience . The service was nice and fast on 1st order but slowed down for following order, probably they want us to take a little break after starters, so enjoy the starters slowly. My pet also slurped the chicken rice and had a good time staring at cats and other guests :)

Rustle Nest is like a perfect spot! 😍 Located in Baner, it's a cozy, pet-friendly cafe that's buzzing with youngsters. We tried a few dishes, they have a nice selection of global cuisine, from pizzas to Thai curries, and some yummy desserts. Remember trying their cheese garlic bread, Nachos & the Iced Tea

Messed up the order .. after having to wait long time, brought main course before the soup, it was served cold, took more time to get it warmed up. Then the owner’s dog created ruckus!! Overall not a very pleasant experience

I have visited this restaurant multiple times before, but unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, the outdoor tables were full, so we were given a table right near the entrance. The area was very congested and uncomfortable, and it was quite hot. Since I was with my 6-month-old baby, the heat and cramped space were making him increasingly cranky, and we were struggling to eat comfortably. I politely requested the staff that if any table outside became available, we would appreciate being moved there. They said okay, so we waited patiently. However, even after tables became available, we noticed that they were giving those tables to other customers while completely ignoring our request. What disappointed me most was not the initial table arrangement, but the lack of attention and basic courtesy from the staff. We had made a simple request and were willing to wait, but nobody bothered to acknowledge us or update us. I have been here several tim

Very disappointing experience overall. The place was not clean or hygienic, and the washrooms were poorly maintained with an unpleasant smell. I had planned to work on my laptop, but the staff did not allow laptop use in the indoor seating area, forcing me to sit outside. Unfortunately, the outdoor area was full of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable to work. For which they just lit some mortiens and placed around which made it even more uncomfortable with unbearable odour of the repellent. The food was average at best and definitely not worth the price. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff—they were neither welcoming nor cooperative and lacked basic friendliness. The overall atmosphere here felt negative rather than relaxing or inviting. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for a comfortable place to enjoy a meal or get some work done.

Had a very unpleasant and disappointing experience. Unwelcoming staff , not at all cooperative. Asked us to sit outside to work (with a lot of mosquitoes) for which they lit a few mortins and put them around which had an unbearable smell. Washrooms are not clean with a very bad odour. Food was very average and not at all worth the price. The overall vibe of the place was very negative and unpleasant. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all.
