We had one of the best experiences here and absolutely fell in love with the pastries, they just melt in your mouth! They’ve a variety of options to choose from! Like from donuts to cheesecakes and brownies, they’ve got it all! Plus, the unique flavours in cakes just blew our mind! They’ve got lotus Biscoff, red velvet, seasons special mango & so many more! Over all, we would highly recommend them! ❤️

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Truffle Cake Shop, especially considering it was for my son's birthday celebration. Issues Encountered Color Mismatch-We specifically ordered a 2kg hazelnut cake in light red color, but they delivered it in pink. This wasn't what we wanted for the special day. Taste Discrepancy-The cake didn't taste like hazelnut as ordered it was quite different from what we expected. Overcharging-Despite the mistakes, they charged us a significant amount, which felt unfair given the discrepancies. Poor Customer Service-The behavior of Saurav was particularly rude and unaccommodating. There was a complete lack of understanding or willingness to address our concerns.

I gave this bakery five chances, but each experience was disappointing. Although the bakery looks fancy from the outside and inside, the products are bad . The cakes and pastries were never fresh, some pastries were hard, and the icing had a pungent smell with visible impurities, especially on lighter-colored cakes. With prices similar to premium bakeries, the quality is unjustified. I can confidently say that this bakery is not maintaining fresh products. Don’t be misled by the attractive design—what truly matters is the quality of the food, which is severely bad.
