Boley toh ekdum jhakaas mamu Apt name kept for this place by the owners " The Ultimate Chaap House " So went with couple of friends to this location to try their range of chaaps ( speciality ) and come tandoor items too. So before I start with the review just let you all know it's a pure veg place only. So to start with we started with Sai Chaap aka Sunny Leone Chaap ( how it is known in North India mainly ) and man o man after eating them I realised why the name is like that as they have that tangyness but still are soft in the inside. A must have I must say. Next on our ordering menu was Soya Stuff Chaap which comes with chaap with stuffing of cottage cheese, peas and some more stuff. The original way of making these chaaps is the same just the ending is different 1 each soya chaap stick gets smeared different condiments 1 with malaai/cream, 2nd with just plain chaat masala n 3rd one with Lemon and some masala. Making this chaap plate a triple attack plate on one's palate Next on our attack mode was UCH platter guys would suggest you all to definetly try this one. So the UCH does not only have the different varities of chaap to offer from UCH but also their paneer n mushroom tikkas too. Next we hogged was Malai and Peri Peri momos. Been a non veg momo lover trying the veg option of the same is mostly a no for me. But here at UCH I gave it a shot and none of them dissapointed me taste wise. The spicyness in the peri peri momos was apt and the malai was good too. Next we ordered was Afghani chaap roll. So in this afghani chaaps are served in a roll version but not in your regular rotis but roomai roti which takes the combo a notch higher a great and a must try combo. Next was mushroom tikka. So in this mushroom are marinated in red batter and than baked inside the oven for max 5 mins. Though me not a big fan of mushrooms but these were good juicy and tender. Malaai chaap with roomali roti. This out of all the things I had at UCH was theeeee Ultimate show stopper for me and I am glad that we had this in the end and not the start or the other items would have failed in front of this. So the initital preparation of this chaap is also the same just the marination is in brown batter but the real magic happens post the oven baking is over when the chef mixes cream in the already rich chaap. OHOoooooo what to say abt this it is ultimate love combined with roomali roti. The ultimate show stpperrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Something about this place. As there is a saying every good thing comes in small package. Space can be a real crunch but if one is ok to wait than it's good or else one always have the option of eating inside one's car or self's two wheeler in the public parking available. Overall my recommendation for this place to everyone would be serial wise:- 1 - Malaai Chaap Roll 2 - UCH Platter 3 - Sai Chaap aka Sunny Leone Chaap Rating Wise Quality - 5 Staff - 5 VFM - 5

Have you ever had a Veg Chicken Kebab ?... Yes you read right.... Veg chicken a.k.a Soya Chaap, honestly it can give some serious competition to Chicken kebabs.. wanna know more about it ?. You know what to do then... Right... Go ahed and read the details... # AMBIANCE : Simple, kinda desi vibes. May not look fancy to someone but believe me once you tried there food thats not gonna matter anymore...some standing tables some seating area and tempting display at entrance... That's it ! Ekdam simple sabkuch... # FOOD : ◆ UCH special Platter Bit of everything... Some tikka chaap, some reshami with some paneer tikka and Mushroom as well. Good start to great food... ◆ Mushroom / Paneer tikka As name suggest flavorful spicy paneer or mushrooms rosted in tandoor bhatti to add that smoky aroma and lil crispness accompanied with salad & chutney. ◆ Shahi Chaap ( or its know as Sunny leonne chaap there, reason well use your imagination 😉😉.) Less spicy, perfectly roasted mixed with herbed sauce and Cream. Creamy and yummy... ◆ Stuffed Soya Chaap Carefuly stuffed chaap with hint of nimbu, masala and cream in it..comes like lollipop and finised in no time. ( Yaar sirf 2 bite mila muze... Thanks to my bhukkad gang 😑) ◆ Tandoori Malai Momo Yes they serves momo to.. but only tandoori. Malai momos comes with malai / cream sauce. Was good but i think sauce shoud be lil sweeter side.. as its Malai after all.. ◆ Tandoori Peri Peri Momo This was good a well spiced, nicely roasted and perfect to munch on. ◆ Reshami Chaap with Rumali Roti. This was the show stopper for us honestly we were so full from dishes all above, but ustad ji insisted on this so we tried this and dude... We really don't regret the decision... It was so yumm we didn't realize when we finished with it. # SERVICE : Well its small place but service is superstar here, ustad ji personally keep tab on almost every order and make sure you will get satisfied. overall superb food & good service ! And i thinks its super affordable too !! I So this is chef in helmet done here...And now as always thanks for baring me And Yenjoy ✌

One of the best place in Ravet for chaaps.. They have variety of dishes... Had a great time and a great experience I tried their Shahi chaap.. Which was wow..the mix taste of spices, chatpata and buttery was mind blowing.. Loved it... Also tried soya Stuff the filling of it was just wow which was made up of crumbled paneer and matar. ..3chaap with different taste. ... 😍Which were nimbu masala, masala and creamy... Also tried peri peri momos and malai momos...Malai momos was creamy mild sweet and perfectly tandoor...From which my favorite was malai momos... And one of my personal favorite was afgani malai Roll which was so tempting and great in taste..Which was prepared in soft rumali roti and filled with mild creamy bite size chaap as same as used in shawarma...loved it😍highly recommend... The staff is so polite.. And also they make ur dish as per ur taste... Must visit...

Tried Soya Chaap for first time & definitely loved it. These were the dishes I tried with my friends. 1) Malai Chaap with Rumali Roti. 2) Sai Chaap. 3) Malai Momos. 4) UCH Special Platter. 5) Afghani Chaap Roll. 6) Peri Peri Momos. 7) Mushroom Tikka. 8) Stuffed Soya Chaap. . All of them were very good but my most favorite was UCH Special Platter as it has all the types of chaaps and paneer tikka. This was the best paneer tikka I ever had. The paneer was very soft and melted in my mouth right away 😋. Afghani Malai Chaap with Rumali Roti is a bang for the buck. One dish (Afghani Chaap) with 1 or 2 add on rumali roti is pocket friendly as well as serves for 2 easily. Highly recommended place #valueformoney

Fantastic place, must must visit. Be prepared for some waiting time but the wait is worth. To all those non-veg food freaks who say, eating veg outside is a waste of money == this place is the answer. Totally non-veg like marinated soya chaap with delicious, lip-smacking, quality ingredient based marinations. Absolutely tasty preparation, clean, healthy and cooked/roasted to perfection. Good service. Must visit place. Superb value for money and good portion sizes. Consider approx 140-160/person for good stomach - full of food and go with multiple people to try multiple variety.

Every corner every street every hangout or tandoor house you will find soya chaap. Soya chaap has become one of the favourites around. But there are only places that serve the best. Out of the one best apart from pimpri the second one is here at Ravet. This place serves proper and the best soya chaap. This place also gives you an option of having a rumali roti along with it. They also serve soya chaap roll that's stuffed and rolled in rumali roti. If you are around Akurdi/ Nigdi this place is best for soya chaap.

It's among the best chap's that I have ever tried. They have increased the price by Rs. 10 (initially Rs. 150... now Rs. 160) but it'sworth giving a try.

The taste is good, but a bit expensive compared to other chap corners like the one's in Pimpri & wakad.

Very highly priced. I usually order from Bombay Sandwhich and Chaaps , pimpri and there a full plate of Soya Chaap costs 150Rs. You need to decrease the cost.
