Whether it's a quick coffee you're craving or a leisurely English hi-tea service served beautifully in a Charlie stand - The Waterfall lounge located at Hyatt Pune, is the place to be. The place is named aptly offering a beautiful view of the garden and waterfall. They serve a huge range of coffees and teas along with several desserts and savouries. I highly recommend ordering their Veg/nonveg Charlie which is a brilliant assortment of mini savouries and desserts perfect for 2 to share. Might I add, everything is very affordably priced for the kind of quality and experience.

Lovely selection of teas. The aroma of Chamomile tea was very refreshing. They also had various coffee. Great experience!My daughter insisted to have pastry from the lounge as there was this beautiful layout filled with pastries and bakeries. The service team took care of us and was very cheerful. I would definitely visit again.

A week ago, I went here with my cousins to have some coffee and it was really amazing! Super quick and great service. They had mouthwatering options of pastries as well. Would recommend for some quality time with great coffee.

Can't get enough of coffee! hats off to the baristas, they made me coffee as per my customization. I enjoyed my personal time, reading book with my perfect cup of coffee.

There was smell in the lobby and the cafe has no ambience ! The coffee and goodies are below average !!
