TWH is a good place if you are searching for soothing ambience under the sky. Visited garden section, which is suitable to visit with family or group of friends. The menu is quite elaborate with huge options for vegetarians also. The food preparation is good and all dishes turned out well. Let them know if you have lower spice threshold like me. The price is comparatively high. We had an advance booking so didn’t have to wait. However the lady at the reception told to go to specific table number without any guidance, which was funny :) and we were clueless where to sit.

Ambience was really nice, one should visit this place once. Food was also good and delicious. One thing I would like to bring to notice to visitors and it may reach to the owner of this place that the head waiter was very much annoying. He used to come every two minutes to ask for next order, if someone is having fine dine experience then their customers should not be irritated by these unprofessional people. And also the whole group of team was kept talking with each other like they are into some club or something. No decency, no professionalism. Like I said Food is great but fine dine experience was missing.

The food was pretty good. We walked in at 2:15 pm and the restaurant closing time was 3:30 pm. Everyone kept on rushing so much for almost more than an hour before the closing time. The waitress dropped the food while serving as she was in a hurry. They turned off the AC which I think was pathetic for a restaurant like TWH. I had a very bad experience, unprofessional staff. I wouldn’t visit here again. 🙃

Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away! I had the worst dining experience at Restaurant White House, Aundh. We ordered a Thai Green Chicken Curry and Rice Combo along with Chicken Lollipop — and it was an absolute nightmare. The lollipops were RAW inside, and when we informed the manager, he had the audacity to brush it off, saying it was “just the sauce.” Seriously? Undercooked chicken can make people sick, and they didn’t even care! But that’s not the worst part. When the waiter was about to serve our food, he stuck his finger in the curry to pull out a hair — right in front of us! No gloves, no apology — just casually finger-dipping in our food like it was normal. Hygiene clearly means nothing here. To top it all off, they shamelessly added a 5% service charge to the bill — as if they deserved a tip for serving contaminated food and showing zero accountability. This place may look fancy, but it’s a total disgrace. The staff doesn’t care, the hygiene is appalling, and they clearly think they can get away with it. Don’t waste your money — or risk your health — by stepping into this disaster of a restaurant.

Pathetic food and service as staff was rude. While we asked him to clean the table he said ma’am pehle bolne ka na yaha waiting hai already and started to carry glasses and tissues while banging them. White house please train these staff members correctly and to be patient with customers. This is not the way she should speak

Food and services are not at all worth the high price. Though ambience is good, it's surely not a fine dine restaurant. Food quality and taste is ok, nothing special about it. Floor manager and waiters are extremely arrogant. Plastic bag piece was found in bamboo biryani.

Very Average food and for that cost is very high. I dont know how they got so good ratings. waiters and captain here are sweet tongue but when it comes to food query they dont respond.Trust me dont waste your money.
