Amazing variety of desserts! The veg and non veg quiche is the best seller and you got to try it! Personal favorites are Overload brownie, truffle pastry, quiche, croissant, cookies! They also happen to make special desserts as per the festival such as Navroz, Diwali, Holi, etc so as to gift your loved ones Staff is very polite and humble

I am always in awe to taste the hot chocolate of Theobroma but, disappointed this time with KP Theobroma as the hot chocolate which they usually serve is very thick and chocolaty, what I had today was liquidy when asked upon the change in the taste and consistency for the same received a reply that next time we will do better. Maybe an inspection on this would be of great help.

If there were an option to rate in minus, Theobroma Koregaon Park would be at –10. I have never experienced such pathetic quality and disgusting customer service in my life. I purchased a cheesecake worth 400 rs including delivery charges, trusting the Theobroma brand. The moment I opened it, the first thing I noticed was the smell — absolutely spoiled, sour and inedible. The texture was soggy and the taste was literally rotten. For a store that claims “premium quality”, selling something so unhygienic and expired is unacceptable and dangerous for health. When I went back to the store to raise the concern, instead of taking responsibility and apologizing, the staff started yelling at me as if it was my fault for identifying the spoiled product. The behaviour was nothing short of cheap, unprofessional and third–class. No listening, no courtesy, no basic manners — just loud arguments and attitude. After a lot of back and forth, they replaced the products — and to add insult to injury, one of the replacement items was ALSO spoiled. At this point it was crystal clear: ✔ They don’t care about customer health ✔ They don’t care about quality ✔ They don’t care about service This is not just mismanagement — it is shameless negligence. For a brand that charges high prices, the Koregaon Park outlet is running like some unhygienic corner bakery with zero standards and zero accountability. Money wasted, mood spoiled, and worst of all, risk to health. I’m sharing this so that no one else wastes their money here or ends up eating something that could cause food poisoning. Theobroma Koregaon Park needs to seriously fix its staff, its hygiene and its attitude — or shut down.

I Had Been To Market yardbranch first of all the person attending there doesn't have sense to talk to the customer then After buying expensive cake they are charging taxes and separate for bag which is worthless u can go for better brands and the cake was not fresh
