The coffee is amazing with a variety of drinks to choose from. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick. We were served by Ritesh, who helped us decide by suggesting options based on our preferences, and they were spot on. His assistance vastly improved our overall experience.

The Cortado was well made and piping hot. This location of Third Wave Coffee was renovated two years ago and now looks much nicer. Airy and large with lots of seating. I don't particularly like the looknof the food here as it reminds me so much of the lackluster food, at Starbucks.

Third Wave Coffee in Koregaon Park offers a modern and stylish ambiance, though it may not feel particularly cozy. The space is still comfortable enough for casual meetings or working for a few hours. The coffee selection is impressive. I tried their Vietnamese coffee, hot French vanilla latte, and signature filter coffee — all of which were excellent. Each drink was well-crafted, rich in flavor, and satisfying. Service is efficient, but the staff could improve in terms of cleanliness and grooming. While the pricing is slightly on the higher side, the quality of the coffee makes it worthwhile.

Good coffee Tried to get coffee at 8.05 am one day in the week, AC was not On and it was really warm inside The barista said that they can’t start the AC, it starts automatically 😄😄😄 Just the previous day, some barista had started it manually at 8am when I was there Not sure what’s wrong wit their AC, but good coffe otherwise The parking space stinks of gutter , it’s unbearable at times

I recently visited Third Wave Coffee at Lane 7 in Koregaon Park, and unfortunately, the experience was far from what we expected. The staff at the counter was extremely unprofessional. As we approached to place our order, the staff member abruptly told us to order through the app, without even giving us a chance to say what we wanted. Despite the inconvenience, we downloaded the app only to find out that the ₹150 breakfast menu wasn't available there. So, we had to go back and order at the counter again—completely defeating the purpose. We ordered the Chocolate Croissant with Iced Cappuccino and a Cucumber Cream Cheese Bagel with Iced Latte. The service continued to disappoint us. The server initially forgot the cucumber and just handed us a plain bagel. We had to return it and ask for the correct order. When the correct one finally arrived, the bagel was super dry, and it was clear the bread wasn't fresh. To make matters worse, both the coffees were extremely watery and had no sugar at all—not even mildly balanced. I even noticed 2-3 other customers leaving their coffee half-drunk, most likely for the same reason. The quality was nowhere close to what you'd expect from a premium café like this. All in all, a highly disappointing visit—from rude and careless service to poor food and beverage quality. Definitely not worth the hype.

The attendant (male) who attends the guests is always very rough , not interested to pass information correctly. I have faced it couple of times till now. He doesn't explain the menu correctly and also doesn't pass information about offers. when I complained he said ok next time maam. no apology no correction of bill. its absolutely unacceptable behavior at such a good place. I had totally opposite experience at Bavdhan branch. I loved the behavior of the attendant there
