Devanand was very humble and supportive. He was attentive and listened to our request and processed the orders accordingly. Was a great time. Washroom were very dirty. Need to keep that clean and odour free.

We visited Tichuka for a Friendship Day lunch with our friends and family. The ambience and interiors are beautiful, making it a nice place to relax and spend time with loved ones. They had also put in a special effort for Friendship Day with a tattoo station, friendship band station, and sticker station at the entrance, which added a fun touch to the celebration. However, the experience had a few disappointments. We had pre-booked our table after reading about the Friendship Day complimentary drink offer. What we actually received was a very small orange-flavoured drink with barely around 10 ml of alcohol. There was another booking option that offered a complimentary shot, which we intentionally didn't choose because we weren't interested in shots. This should have been clearly communicated at the time of booking so guests knew exactly what to expect. It ended up being a mood spoiler. I also ordered the Silent Spice from Tichuka's signature cocktail menu, as it was described as featuring a lavender cloud and sounded quite unique. Unfortunately, it was the most disappointing drink of the day. Instead of the flavourful and creative cocktail described on the menu, it tasted like plain vodka served in a martini glass with lightly lemon-flavoured water. It looked nothing like what was advertised and certainly didn't justify being a signature cocktail. The food was a mixed experience. The sizzler was really good, but the other cocktails were average. We specifically requested the Paneer Butter Masala to be made less spicy since it was for the kids, but it still turned out much spicier than expected despite repeated instructions. The service also lacked attention. The staff seemed quite occupied, and when we ordered plain rice, it was completely forgotten. We only received it after reminding the staff, who then realized the order hadn't been served. Overall, Tichuka has a great atmosphere and is a nice place to hang out with friends and family. The Friendship Day activities were a thoughtful addition, but better communication about promotional offers, better execution of their signature cocktails, more attentive service, and greater care with customer requests would make the overall experience much better.
