We have been visiting Tien for a few years, and we've never had a subpar experience. You can tell that everything that needs to be made fresh is made fresh. Tien is our go-to for comfort food. Recently, I found out that they have Sushi Sundays, and I felt so stupid for not having been there for one earlier! And now I can recommend their sushi to a native Japanese who's homesick and craving sushi!

A disappointed end to a long awaited visit. Tien was on my list for Sushi 🍣 for a long time and the sad part is the service took almost as long. We ordered Prawn tempura sushi and Katsu chicken sticks. The taste was really good, the sushi was well constructed and Katsu tasted really good. But just these 2 dishes took 25mins to arrive on our tables that we had to rethink ordering the main course. The hotel had just 1 another table occupied and there were hardly any delivery orders to cater too. But they had a snails pace of work for a Saturday evening dinner. I'm doubtful of future visits. Food is good, service is slow.

I had ordered home delivery from this restaurant the taste was always good so I was very excited to visit the place in person but to my dismay, the visit was not as good as I had thought it to be... the staff is not co-operative, we reached at 12:10 and the staff did not let us sit immediately as the reserve bookings were from 1 pm. so I asked him if we could sit only till 1, somehow he agreed, we asked suggestions for anything veg, staff was least interested so my husband being vegetarian only had juice and I ordered salmon teriyaki which was good in taste.. overall the taste of food was good but sad staff.. will only order home delivery never to visit again

I visited here two times and both the time the management was very bad. We were told that our table will get ready in 25 mins but it took 1.5 hours and when asked how much more time it will take the person was not even giving the approximate time ; and if you are thinking about booking the table beforehand you still have no luck. Sure the food is great but management is shit

Good food ! Very Poor service as the restaurant is super UNDERSTAFFED . We had to wait almost an hour to get our sushi as the restaurant as fully packed and hardly anyone to attend and there were order punching and communication issues internally happening. Even water to be placed on table took 20mins .

Had went to their outlet at 6:15 p.m, their opening time been 5:30 p.m, it was still closed, representative of the restaurant saw us standing outside and I called him for asking about the delay, he replied "the service team hasn't reached it so restaurant is closed" I asked if I can just sit inside their open space rather than waiting outside on the footpath, he didn't reply anything and went back inside, upon calling on their restaurant provided number, I asked them again about the reason not letting in, they reply was the same and they hung up, upon calling back again they received the call but nobody answered from the other side, manager didn't care to attend the matter and they were unaware of the fact that they have put opening timing on their insta page and straight away denied it, too rude behaviour , saddened to see this kind of restaurant behaviour and customer been treated "not worthy"

This was a week ago. We went around 7.30 at a time when only two tables were busy. We ordered 4 dishes amongst 3 of us. Eventually other tables filled up. They got their food and left. We were sitting there for an hour waiting for the order. We asked about it few times getting the same reply that it’s coming in 5 mins. We waited and eventually decided to leave and at that point of time they finally admitted that they goofed up the order. Not a chance I’m willing to take one more time.

The attendant didnt pay attention, he was on call entire time even after calling him thrice he didn’t come to the table , no other support staff . Food taste was also not good , no seasonings on the avocado open toast
