one staff member there was not at all patient. he continuously was rushing us... I understand we were also late, but that's not the way you treat your customers. it was my birthday and as it was late he didn't even let us cut the cake inside the restaurant. the tables were not cleaned when we arrived. rest, the food and ambiance were great.

Pathetic Service and Absolute Mismanagement – Avoid! I had a highly disappointing experience at Tipsy Turtle today. We only wanted to have soup and a starter, which should ideally take 30–45 minutes, but due to their horrific service, we were stuck there for 2 hours. Here is how the experience went from bad to worse: Understaffed & Inattentive: When we arrived at the upper section, there were only 2 or 3 tables occupied. It wasn't crowded at all, yet the server rushed us to place our entire order at once, claiming any later orders would have a 35-minute wait time. There was only one single server managing around 10–15 tables on the floor. It took us 15–20 minutes of waving hands just to grab his attention. I literally had to yell "Excuse me" loudly, and even then, he casually finished 4–5 other tasks before coming to our table. Terrible Food Quality & "Modifications": The Lemon Coriander Soup came first, and the Veg Seekh Kebab arrived a whopping 30 minutes after that. It was completely bland with zero salt. When I complained, the server told me a replacement would take another 25 minutes. I straight up asked him to cancel the dish and bring the bill. Instead, he said, "Let me check" and vanished. Minutes later, he claimed they were "modifying" the dish. To our shock, they just brought back the exact same kebabs from our plate, poorly sprinkled with some chaat masala on top to cover up the lack of salt. Absolutely unprofessional! Billing Issues: To top it all off, we had ordered a mineral water bottle that was never served, but they charged us for it in the bill anyway. Getting that non-existent bottle removed from the bill took another painful 15–20 minutes. This place has zero coordination, terrible service standards, and no respect for a customer’s time or feedback. Ruined our evening completely. Highly NOT recommended!

Very disappointing experience. I would strongly not recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a peaceful meal with family. The service was absolutely pathetic and completely ruined our weekend. We had to wait almost 1 hour just to receive our main course, and we noticed nearby customers were also complaining about the same issue. There were only two waiters managing all the tables, which clearly affected the service quality and caused huge delays. On top of that, even after finishing our meal, we were made to wait another 20 minutes just to get the bill. When customers are paying such high prices for dishes, this level of service is simply unacceptable. Instead of enjoying our time, the entire experience turned out to be frustrating and stressful. Management seriously needs to improve staffing and customer service. If you value your time, peace of mind, and dining experience, I would suggest avoiding this restaurant.

Extremely poor service and taste..Cheese Jalapeno mozzarella cigars were not fried properly and the stuffing inside and zero taste..Dimsums tasted like ordered from roadside thela..the poolside table had lot of mosquitoes causing a havoc for us to eat properly..tables and chairs were covered with dust..the staff did not even bother to clean before guests arrive..extremely dirty washrooms with safety seat not working..overall not a good experience as compared to ratings reflecting for this place

One of the worst places if you want to spend a great evening with a family or a date. The person taking the order says the moment you order that the fish item will take 1 hour + and any other order will take 35t-45 minutes. That too if he sees yu.Most of the time he will not even notice you and he will need a personal invitation to come to your table if you walk across the whole restaurant and then tap on his shoulder to attend to you.Severely understaffed and low market place.

Andhra chilly potato removed from menu. Worst decision ever. Dal tadka jeera rice quality has been very much downgraded yaar. I had been looking forward to it but am totally discouraged to visit again
