The place is extremely a must visit for authentic Maharashtrian cuisine. We ordered their special Sajuk Mutton Biryani , sol kadhi and Dahi Kanda. It was an amazing combo and without a doubt delicious. The staff was very prompt and the service was quick.

Once known for the few good places for Maharashtrian Non Veg Thali at reasonable price and it’s Biryani….the new makeover changed the dynamics and now this place moves into a premium restaurant. The ambience was always nice and now gives a fresh premium look. Thankfully I felt the taste didn’t change and in a good way as it has its own fan following. We ordered Mutton & Chicken and the quality was good. To summarise, if you want to go for a good hygienic place which serves a wide range of food and Nov Veg Thali and cost is not a problem then Tiranga is a good to try option. The thing to consider is, have you tried other places which are better, value for money and got bored with that taste, if yes, then Tiranga will give you a different experience. Taste: 3/5 Ambience & Hygiene: 4/5 Value for money: 2/5

One of a very disturbing experience had over here. Not because of the food, but behaviour of the staff and manager at the counter. The manager literally got up to fight with us (like a typical gunda) We ordered chicken biryani, and got mutton biryani. Halfway while eating, we realised it was mutton. We were starving so we realised it late, and not early enough. The waiter first tells us ‘you should have realised it after having first bite’ When we tried to tell this to manager, and told him to alter our bill, he said the same and literally got up his chair to fight with us. Absolutely pathetic behaviour and no decency to talk to customers. Highly do not recommend this place. Just having a legacy is not enough if you are not capable enough to maintain it.
