Had a great time at TTF – The Tenth Floor celebrating my friend’s birthday 🎉 The ambiance was really nice and perfect for a group outing with friends. The service was generally good and the staff was polite and attentive. We did experience a bit of a delay with one of the dishes, which took longer than expected, but it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. Food was tasty, vibes were great, and it’s definitely a good spot to hang out with friends. Would visit again!

Very bad food choices. Extremely hot in the evening. we were sweating. The servers were asking for 1000 rupees to be given to them separately. Anyway paid. But experience was pathetic.

This is a genuine experience shared for those who plan to visit this place based on Zomato reviews. The ambiance is quite pleasant, but the service from the staff is disappointing. Even if you have a pre-booked reservation through platforms like Zomato or Swiggy, pay the cover charges, and arrive on time (or earlier), the staff still asks you to wait and prioritizes walk-in entries. This is completely unprofessional. The food service is quite slow, and the taste is average. With such unsatisfactory service, charging an additional 7% as a Service Charge is simply unreasonable. If you are visiting only for the ambiance, this place might still work for you. However, if you are looking for good food and service, there are many better options in the city.

This was an extremely bad experience. The service was awful—the staff and waiters were incredibly rude. They were not prepared to take orders on time and even pushed me while I was walking past. When I tried to address it, they did it again and shoved me once more. The waiting time for the order was ridiculously long, and it was clear they were deliberately delaying everything for no reason. After I finally paid and got home, they called me, claiming there was an issue with a wrong order payment. When I told them I had already paid, they just hung up. How could they call me about a different order once I was home? This was an unbelievably disappointing experience—Educate the waiters and service guy and restaurant.

1. Seems intentionally they didn’t keep draught beers on Sunday night 2. Bottled beers were very high on price and served too WARM. THEY said that was best they have!!! 3. Service was very poor and slow Overall we paid over 14K for a very pathetic experience

Pathetic food and even more worst services. And they didn’t even care even after complaining. Food was not even close to be authentic. Food taste n presentability was below average n a roadside hawker would have a better taste and experience.
