The food was the highlight of the experience. The seafood was respected and cooked to perfection. Buttery soft and melt in mouth salmon and scallops. An absolute delight… Highly recommended The quality of ingredients used is notable.

Food is fabulous and staff is very courteous.Service provided by Neha and Tanzim was heart warming. I ordered Yaki Udon noodles which had that authentic Japanese touch. Great place for authentic Japanese food. Will visit often.

Ukiyo, The Ritz-Carlton Pune Cusine 🍽️ - Japanese Rating ⭐ - 4.2/5 I went there as it was the ONLY restuarant of Pune that made it to The Condè Nast Traveller X Zomato Top restuarants Award in India, 2024 list. ✨ Ambiance and Decor - Harmonious blend of traditional Japanese asthetics and chic designs. Creates a sophisticated dining environment. 🍴Service - Professional staff, although I felt that we had to wait to get through the staff, the ratio of staff:guests was less. 🍲Food - Amazing food quality, Veg sushi's are great, less options for authentic unique veg main course and dessert is something you can't miss. 💵 Price - Dinning is a premium experience. While it is on the higher end, it's good value for special occasions. 💡Tip - Reservations are recommended and going there after sunset will give a more enhanced look of the ambiance.

We went for my birthday and on Sundays they have brunch buffet and no à la carte. So we took the buffet. It was very good. We absolutely loved some items and some were alright. Maki rolls were alright, maybe because they were made and kept on the stand for a long time. What we loved - grilled skewers, katsu curry and rice and the desserts. Loved the desserts, especially the raspberry chocolate pastry. The service was impeccable. No complaints on that! The staff were polite, efficient and served everything with a smile. Since it was my birthday, they also gave us a bento cake which was yummy and some caramel toffees.

Went on a Saturday afternoon place was empty with just 2 tables occupied Ordered pork ramen and dimsums Pork was stale and I threw out everything I ate after few Hours. Service was laid backed. Overpriced for the quality of food and service . Only thing good was menu on the tablet . Highly not recommend as better Japanese places around

I had a terrible experience at Ukiyo. Not only was the food below expectations, but it also gave me a bad stomachache afterward. Definitely not worth even a single penny. Extremely disappointed.

The staff here especially Vikram the manager or someone responsible doesn’t know how to handle the guest
