overall, the food was good except the rose falloda . The falloda was undercooked, and tatesd like crispy noodles and chocolate milkshake was also not very good so improving the drinks would be better

Tasteless food. I had been to this outlet around two years back for dinner and now went yesterday. The red chatni served two years back was spoilt and that served yesterday was too spoilt. This they have consistently maintained it though. Service was slow & pathetic. There was so much confusion between the counter supervisor and the server person when I had asked for UPMA, the later saying that I will be served one plate of freshly made upma whereas the former saying that they don't prepare a single plate if their stock of is over. Moreover from my past experience I have stopped ordering online food from this outlet.
