Went here for my birthday and it exceeded my expectations! Amazing service by staff , especially the lady waitress who went out of her way to click our family photos at different spots suggested by her ! The food was superb as well , we had the crispy lotus stems in honey and paneer Lababdaar which was silky smooth . The live music set the tone for the evening and enhanced the experience.

The food was tasty.. we tried veg and nonveg both.. Tom kha soup was authentic.. Miss. Tuna was suggest us the best menu. She was asking our little girl about the served food for whether she liked the taste. Ambience was good. We went there in the weekdays for lunch so there was not big rush. We had our lunch very nicely.

we arrived at the location at 9:30 pm...but the elevator wasn't working. the hotel is on 3rd floor. we waited for 10 mins for someone to make it work...we sat down at the table and asked for baby chair. the baby chair was unclean, the whole restaurant was stinking a bit. we saw 3 dead cockroaches near the tables. we cancelled our order and left. while going back downstairs we saw one cake fallen on the elevator floor. I told the reception about it but they tried to cover up the mistakes. worst experience

I found cockroach in my food. I stopped eating immediately. They didn’t even care to apologise but infact asked me to pay the whole bill. I just paid coz I didn’t have the time or energy to fight. 699 for a buffet where cockroaches roam and I ate 1 or 2 pieces of starter. No apologies. No discounts on bill. If I had time, I would have fought. My advice avoid..

Worst place! don’t waste your time and money here! Crispy corn was nor crispy, onion rings so oily the outer cover was coming off! And the manager kept saying ki aise he to hota he! Drinks was soo delayed and then he said bartender aa raha he (this was half an hr after the order was placef)

Service is not good Food arriving is Delay.Water request twice thrice then came.Yhey are not able to manage Food Delivery in time,Basic things they are not aware,When we requested onion @Lemon that time only they served.Avoid to go in this hotel.
