We visited this place for an evening family dinner to celebrate a birthday, and it turned out to be a pleasant experience overall. Food: 5/5 We started with Manchow soup, a classic and reliable choice. We also tried the crab soup, which was something different for us and turned out to be very tasty. However, since the crab pieces were served with the outer shell intact, it was slightly difficult to eat without a crab breaker. The starters were quite good overall. The Chicken Tandoori and Chicken Chilly were well prepared and flavorful. The Stuffed Mushroom Tandoori is definitely a good option for mushroom lovers. The Chimichurri Paneer stood out with its green herb base, offering a refreshing twist compared to the typical paneer starters. The Manchurian Dry was average, and the portion size felt a a bit small. For the main course, we ordered Chicken Handi and Paneer Himalayan. Both dishes were nicely prepared and came in decent portion sizes, making the meal satisfying. Ambience: 4/5 The ambience was pleasant with comfortable seating, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a relaxed meal. Service: 2/5 The service was somewhat slow. However, it worked out well for us as it gave us more time to sit and chat. Staff: 4/5 The staff were polite and helpful. Overall: We had a lovely evening and enjoyed our time. Thanks to the entire team for the experience

My first visit here was a pleasant surprise. This image surpassed our expectations with delicious food and excellent service by Mr. Subrata Mondal. We ordered the Kulfi Tangdi kebab, which consists of huge leg pieces stuffed with minced chicken, marinated with spices and topped with a spicy creamy sauce. We loved this dish as it was very flavorful and the chicken was juicy. Next We had the buffet garlic prawns, which had a creamy sauce with fresh succulent prawns and we loved this as well. We also ordered half tandoori chicken, which was also a delicious dish, with fresh chicken and spicy marination, grilled to perfection. Next came the chicken fried rice which was so scrumptious! We finished our meal with a Tiramisu which I loved! Mr. Mondal ensured that we got the food quickly and provided excellent service calmly! Great first experience... looking forward to more visits!

We ordered butter garlic prawns 5/5. Excellent chicken cheese loaded. 1/5 simply horrible. there was no cheese and the chicken was burnt fruit punch 3/5 ghee rice 6/5. Yes u saw right. totally out of this world chicken sultan 4/5 Ambience is absolutely excellent very earthy feeling.5/5 Apart frmt he chicken cheese loaded everything else was nice overall.

We were 9 members on table, still no dedicated attendant was there, every time we had wait or call someone to give order. Long wait time for getting our order. AC was poor (only 2 central ACs for covering longer dining area)

Service is very poor …got water on table after 45 mints( on requesting) …served veg pizza after 1 hr of asking again n again ..around 25 mints …only green salad was on our table ..we were literally req again and again for pizza ,roti ,beverages other dishes…staff was confused ..mismanagement everywhere …booked table on zommato ..at the time of billing they refuse to give us discount on zomato and refused to give booking amt just forwarded us their so called terms and conitions..disappointed

Had a really underwhelming experience at Urban Harvest. The food lacked flavor and didn’t feel fresh at all, and some dishes were poorly prepared, tasting very average. The service was quite slow, with a long wait time for orders to arrive. For the price they charge, the quality just doesn’t match up at all I would not recommend anyone to visit here
