The outside dining area is closed during day time. we had asked the person waiting our table to suggest few non veg starter options. in the end both the dishes were exact same taste. chicken bbq was over burnt, on complaining about it couple of times, remaining 2 pieces of chicken were replaced

Disappointing experience. I visited with my family today. We had booked a table for lunch for 8 of us, well in advance. I had also enquired about seating inside and was informed that for lunch they only give a space inside and the outside area is open in the evenings as it is too hot these days. Upon reaching there we found out that there was a party arranged inside with a DJ/band so we were escorted to the area outside. Since it was too hot we refused to sit there and eventually headed to another restaurant without reservation. If you want to keep a party, don't take other reservations and make false promises!! At least have the courtesy to call and inform us if there has been a change. To top it all, the lady at the counter had the audacity to tell us that we don't know who you spoke to!!! Atrocious!!!

The chicken chilly served was smelling bad of eggs and tasting of maida. We returned the dish after a bite. They charged us for it and at the time of billing there was an unnecessary argument by server and later by manager about that. Which was very unpleasant. In the end they did deducted the amount but it caused lot of unnecessary bad taste and experience. I have visited urbo a lot but thanks to this it will be my last visit. Don’t want to hear unnecessary arguments like - I can show you the order how much chilly chicken we have sold, you should have told us that you don’t like egg smell, chef has tasted and it’s traditionally perfect. As if we are eating out for the first time. Any good riddance

I visited on Saturday night and had a disappointing experience. Before entry, I was informed that Bollywood music would start at 10 PM, so I stayed with my partner mainly to dance. Even by 11 PM, Bollywood music was not played, despite multiple requests from us and other guests. At billing time, I requested a small discount since the experience was not as promised, but it was refused. In the end, we paid the full amount without enjoying the night.

They overcharged me for their cocktails, added “optional” items which I never asked for, and raised their voice when I questioned them. Horrible behaviour from their staff and experience was bad. After I took photos they come back and apologised. Check your bills before you pay here.

Horrible staff. Solicit bookings from Zomato but do not accept payment through the app. Pathetic experience. Very rude staff and management.

DJ is worst. Can be improved, crowd did not last on the dance floor for more than 15 mins and then was already empty after 10:15pm!!!
