Food and ambience was good. As the time progressed, music's volume kept on increasing. Became irritable after a time. They didn't reduce the volume even after asking thrice.

the food was okay, not that much as your previous location, also sweet dish baklava was not at all proper. please see to it otherwise ambience wise was good and the service was also okay.

Tried booking this place for a corporate lunch three days in advance, and the experience was shockingly unprofessional. The lady answering the phone was rude from the very first call, repeatedly saying she would call back but never did. When I finally managed to speak with the manager, he took down the requirements, didn’t even bother asking what time the booking was for, assured me he would call back, and then disappeared as well. After having to call a fourth time just to get an answer, the same lady abruptly said, “Not available, not available,” and hung up mid-conversation. If this is how they treat potential customers before they’ve even made a booking, I can’t imagine what the actual service would be like. A complete waste of time and one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had.
