This one is completely mind boggling food experience with an amazing valley view, surrounded by dense forest and in the middle they have five star restaurant. I had great food experience with completely start from breakfast, lunch and dinner. I had clearly remember in lunchtime they serve fresh Naan , roti , Kulcha with delicious taste. They also have great rice with special curd and some amazing curry. Overall Ambience- 5/5 Taste -5/5 Food -4/5 Cost - 4/5

The view of this place is just mind blowing. There is just greenery all around and fresh air to breathe in. With regards to the food had the bruschetta in basil pepper prawn although the quantity was less it was tasty but over rated

I don't think this place should be in zomato if they don't allow people who don't have booking in their resorts. We went all the way from lonavala main town to hilton (needless to say the broken roads) to enjoy the view and have lunch after seeing it in Zomato. But they denied us saying they don't entertain outsiders. Well we went few months back and they accomodated us without any hesitation but this time they gave us 10 different answers and everytime the lady (front office manager) kept changing her answer by saying we started this policy from "last 1 year", then "3-4 months" then "if it would have been some other day I would have but not today." We understand every hotel has different policy but stick to one answer and give your guests a clear answer rather than changing it every second. I never expected this from Hilton. I would never go to this Hilton again after such a bad experience.
