We were passing by from this place to reach Pune and were damn hungry. Went to this place and ordered some good finer licking food suggested by Pankaj & Angelo. Most friendly staff and amazing food. Angelo also helped us in suggesting some good places around to visit if time permits. Must visit place with most user-friendly people♥️

Don't know why this place has such poor rating for dining.I had been here 4 years back so went again and had no bad experience. Food was excellent, Ambience is awesome and well maintained. Nice vegetarian friendly place to have romantic dinner.

This place is right in the heart of Lonavala, opposite kumar resort. The ambience is awesome. Now commes the food part. We ordered Masala dosa, Vada sambhar(Medu vada), pulao. Masala Dosa was ok Medu vada was bad and was sour in taste, we told the waiter to check it and he took a small portion in fork to get it tasted by the chef, when he came back he said that the chef is saying this is how it is made and if u want we can replace it with any other dish. We said no thank you and this is not the first time we are eating Medu vada. The Pulao was Ok and very spicy, it seems the chef has sprinkled masala from top. One thing is for sure, I ate in 3 restaurants in Lonavala 2 non veg and one veg, I did not find the food quality any near what we get in Mumbai. the lucky ones might get some good place in lonavala to eat

We were a family of 5 people. We ordered cream of mushroom soup. The soup had a distinct flavour of raw garlic, which was a turn off. The next order was of noodles for the kids. We expected the noodles to arrive early, but they didn’t. The veg pot rice was good in taste, and I expected it to arrive in a “pot”! However, it arrived in a pasta plate. The service was non-existent and the servers were nowhere to be seen in the restaurant. They can really really improve upon service as the waiting time is too high for an order. The only thing which distinguishes this from a Dhaba is the ambience.

Had on okeish experience at Veggies. I would rate it 2 because the food tasted OK, nothing brilliant about it. The real problem is billing, the charge a whopping 18% GST on top of an overpriced menu for an outdoor seating restaurant. Upon confronting and asking for a room tariff rate card, lame excuses came in like "we follow dynamic pricing all year etc" , "GST issues" "well we aren't keeping this to our selves" and eventually this guy refused to provide Piccadle Hotel tariff card and do any help and bluntly went away. Definitely no recommendations to visit here. Much better food at much better prices with much transparent billing at other restaurants in the vicinity.

Called up the place to check 3 things, 1 is pavbhaji available for lunch. 2. Is there a high chair for the baby. 3 do we need to make reservations. Answer received was 1. Pav bhajji is available.2. there was only one high chair subject to availability.3 no need to reserve. Arrived at the restaurant and took a seat. 4 wait staff saw us but no one greeted us nor offered us menu. Has to call for it. Asked for the high chair which when arrived was unclean. When asked the service staff said it's cleaned and sanitised. Ordered for pavbhaji and we were flatly refused saying it's not available. When asked why there was no reason available. When asked for the manager no one arrived. Ordered one mix veg and mentioned without paneer, but still was served with paneer in it. Then asked for wet wipes it tissues there was no response. Got up and went to the counter to ask for wet wipes is when Mr. Sarfaraz who was around but didn't step ahead to meet inspire of being asked came forward and we showed how filthy the high chair was. And we were told that it was cleaned and sanitised. The food was ok quality and very petit in quantity. Post all and after the bill was paid they served 4 plates of pavbhaji to the neighbouring table. When asked the staff was speechless. What kind of service is this. Biased and rude. Will never recommend this place ever to anyone

We saw the menu online and the menu whole dining is different with prices shooting 30-40% and also they have put 5% as GST applicable on restaurants in online menu and they have put 18% GST in dining menu at the restaurant so it shows how they are fleecing the common people who may not know about it and when we asked the reason they said because of GST raid we had to do it and the menu online is not updated... So the restaurant is so careless that it doesn't even have time to update it's menu online which is earning their bread and butter for them

We had ordered chicken Biryani at the restaurant yesterday.. It was so oily that we could not have more than 2 spoons of the food. Never had such awful Biryani in life.. Also, the food was overpriced. Never wish to visit the place again in life.
