Walter has honestly become my new favorite, even better than McDonald’s absolutely love their burgers and the staff is generally very polite and welcoming. However, I was a little disappointed with a few things during my visit since there was no one else in the restaurant except me and my friend we could clearly hear everything happening inside the kitchen staff were shouting quite loudly and using a lot of abusive language. Even the staff member standing outside asked them to keep it down but they still continued which made us feel a little uncomfortable.Also, one of the kitchen staff came outside and his clothes looked quite dirty and unprofessional. For such a big brand I would definitely recommend improving these aspects especially professionalism, hygiene, and staff behaviour.Apart from that I genuinely love their burgers

The burgers here are honestly one of the best. The buns are so soft and the burgers taste really different from other brands. They’ve also got a Korean drop for a limited time, and it’s definitely worth trying. Highly recommend giving it a try! ❤️
