Exceptional quality standards,the Ferrero Rocher cake is moist beyond words,its not overly sweet.I personally picked up the cake since I didnt trust the delivery boys.It was my Dad's Birthday and I didnt want risk having a smashed cake.

Its Opium Chocolate Mousse cake is heaven..it's a must try. Ordered 5-6 times and each time it was superb

So this place serves amazing cake and Pastries So settle with the flavours amazing with the design. My personal favourite is roasted almond with chocolate cake they balance it so well that I can eat my fingers with it ha ha. Value for money keep it up guys you are doing great job thanks for the all the cakes you had Made for me and for my family . Thank you chef Pavan.

If you are looking for an alternative to a wonderful cake experience like theobroma etc. This is not the place. Their fruit cake was dry and the base was almost stale. Chocolate cake was fine. Too dense.

I am very disappointment with the recent experience I had with Wild Sugar Patisserie. Yesterday, 7th Nov 2023, I was gifted a pineapple cake for my sister’s birthday (Bill No. 20968) from Wild Sugar Patisserie, and unfortunately, my entire experience was disheartening to say the least. Firstly, the cake I received was stale (gone bad), and it was evident that the quality of the product did not meet the standards I expected from Wild Sugar Patisserie. The cream tasted sour like the cake was kept out the whole day prior to it being delivered to my address. My disappointment extended to the after-sales service I received. When I reached out to the store to express my concerns, I encountered a lack of responsiveness or concern in addressing or resolving the issue. The representative in fact told me that pineapple cakes are meant to be sour and that all the cakes were baked at 6 pm and could not be the fault of his store that I share feedback directly online if I wanted my concerns addressed by the owner.

I love this place, the food , But i hate their employees , they are rude to the customer always , this is not a one time thing. the owner should take a not of this and fix this issue. i only visit this place as i love the cakes. but if the same thing by the employees continue , i would stop coming.

Had bought hazelnut chocolate cake i use to love it before but now this us the 2 nd or 3 rd time we having and the sponge is so so dry as though it's made days before pls can ul take note of this and stay to ur taste n make moist n fresh sponge

The blackforest pastry was very stale and tasted sour. It had to be thrown away as it was not edible at all.
