Happy Sunday Lunch! 🍜🏔️ This Sunday was a little different, as our daughter decided it was time for us to experience one of her all-time favourite places with her friends—Yeti and The Monk, Khadki. Before we could even glance at the menu, we were given one clear instruction: "Don't order anything on your own. I'll do the ordering!" 😄 Being a seasoned visitor to the place, she confidently assured us that she knew exactly what we should try. The moment we stepped inside, we were transported to the Himalayas. The warm wooden interiors, authentic décor, and soothing Himalayan music created an atmosphere that instantly made us feel as though we had left the city behind. Our culinary journey began with the refreshing Gurash Cooler, which was the perfect start and instantly set the tone for the meal. For appetizers, we were served the Chilli Garlic Chicken and the Darjeeling Chicken Dumplings. The flavours were simply outstanding—so delicious that even while writing this post, I can still recall the mouth-watering taste! For the main course, we enjoyed the comforting and flavourful Pho Chicken, a dish that beautifully balanced rich broth with delicate spices. To conclude this memorable lunch, we indulged in the delightful Rice Pudding topped with a subtle hint of lemongrass, providing the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal. A heartfelt thank you to Saurabh and Prasad for your warm hospitality. You both made us feel completely at home, turning a simple family lunch into a memorable experience. We are already looking forward to returning—this time with our friends. Special appreciation goes to Chef Biki and the entire team for crafting such authentic, delicious, and beautifully presented dishes. Your passion and dedication are reflected in every bite. Thank you for making our Sunday truly special. Looking forward to many more visits!

A small cozy outlet situated in Khadki and is one of the hidden gems if you wish to have an economic dineout. This has been started by 2 Marriott chefs and is a busy outlet these days. I visited with my friends and tried the following: 1. Chicken garlice dumplings (4/5) - this tasty dumplings are fried and has a nice crisp coating filled with minced chicken which makes it yummy. The sauce is a bit tangy and goes well with the mix. 2. Chipotle dumplings (3/5) - this was an okish dish as the Chipotle sauce is something I did not enjoy much but the stuffing was good. 6 pieces served and is very filling. 3. Chicken spicy thukpa (5/5) - this was the show stopper of our dinner. This tasty broth has the balanced mix of spices, noodles, eggs, mushrooms and chicken. Served pepping hot and is very healthy. 4. Veg Pad thai noodles (4/5) - served with exotic vegetables and tofu in it, this tastes good. We tried the Gurash cooler which uses the syrup extracted from Rhododendron flower from the Himalayas and is a taste booster. Overall a good restaurant and is recommended to be tried. Cost for 2 approx 1000-1200/-. The place has about 15 seats and hence better to visit with some time in hand.

A must dine place. We went there for a dinner date and our experience was top notch. To start with everyone has to keep their footwear outside which keeps the place spik and span and adds to the hygiene. Then the food... I'm still drooling... We ordered : Veg Steamed Dumplings 4.5/5 Veg Thukpa 5/5 (must try) Veg Pad Thai noodles 4/5 Chocolate Tart 5/5. The Momos are very juicy, the outer sheet is extremely thin and the chutney is so so so yummy. The spice hits after some time and you just can't stop licking it. The Thukpa is a must must try as it's very tasty. Pocket pinch: Rs.1300 for 2 The portion size is huge and we had to get the food packed as it was so much. A must visit place from my side. Will surely go again for the Thukpa.

This restaurant serves food that truly nourishes both the body and the soul. Every dish offers a comforting and satisfying experience that stays with you long after your meal. On top of that, their commitment to hygiene is impressive. They expect all customers to leave their footwear outside, which adds an extra layer of cleanliness to the already spotless dining area. It’s rare to find a place that balances great taste with such meticulous hygiene, making this a must-visit for anyone seeking a wholesome and clean dining experience.

Have been visiting this place ever since it opened and have never been disappointed with their consistency in flavour, charm and service. Their pork dumplings are a family favourite, however everything on the menu is equally as tasty. They've recently opened a new outlet in Viman Nagar and can't wait to give that a try!

I stumbled upon this hidden gem of a place while I was in search for new restaurant near Aundh. I was quite surprised that I hadn't heard about this place. Truly a hidden gem. Yeti and The Monk is located in Khadki. It is a small outlet with a few tables indoors. It can be difficult to locate. Limited two wheeler and four wheeler parking availble. I visited this place on a weekday evening for dinner with a friend. The place was almost empty when we visited but hot full in no time with more people waiting outside. The indoor ambience is good. They ask you to remove your footwear outside. Yeti and the Monk specializes in serving a range of Asian cusine. We ordered their Veg Chilli Garlic Dumplings and Veg Chipotle Dumplings. The Chilli Garlic Dumplings were a visual delight. The filling was really great with loads of flavours and the Chilli Garlic sauce on the topic was lovely as well. The Chipotle Dumplings were equally great. They carried the same filling as the Chilli Garlic Dumplings. The mayonese based sauce tasted great. Next we ordered their Veg Wai Wai Bowl whcih was again visually stunning. Thefried Tofu tasted great. But it was the broth that was memorable. Such unique flavours. Amazing. We ended our dinner with Vietnamese hot coffee. It was great. The staff is polite and the service is good. Good quality and quantity. Prices slightly on the higher side. They could improve their restroom facilities. Would definately love to visit this place again.
