After reading so many great reviews, we decided to go to The Yeti and the monk and it was the bestest decision. Food is super delicious, the warmth and love with which you are attended, is beyond words, Jagat served us and he had thorough knowledge on the Tibetan cuisine and the way the dishes need to be served, really impressed and kudos. We ordered yeti’s potion and gurash cooler for drinks, very refreshing. In snacks we went in for summer rolls and steam Darjeeling dumplings ( chicken) that was just wow and melts in your mouth. For the main course, it was Chicken thumpka, their servings were generous so one bowl was enough for two of us. Pudding was so yumm and was a perfect icing on cake; black rice pudding with jaggery and roasted almonds. Jagat suggested us all the dishes, making our visit to this place the most memorable one and an afternoon well spent. The washrooms are very neat in this restaurant. Ambiance is very simple, elegant and very clean. It serves fresh juices, with authentic and a magical twist of Tibetan , both veg and non veg and has ample parking on sides of road. So if you are looking for that refreshing meal this summer, light on tummy and with a yummilicious taste, must head here soon. Thank you to the team and staff at The Yeti & Monk, Vimannagar and special thanks to Jagat for being so patient in explaining us the importance of meal and making it enjoyable for us. Cheers till we visit again!

Very happy with our dining experience here. The serving sizes are generous and the flavours do not disappoint! Darjeeling Dumplings (Chicken) - A nice and soupy dumpling with well balanced & concentrated chicken flavours - probably some of the best dumplings I’ve had in the city. Pork Bao - The cook on the shredded pork could be better, but the flavours do make up for it! Summer Rolls (Chicken) - a lovely lemongrass forward minced chicken stuffed in crispy spring roll wrapping. Dan Dan Noodles (Pork) - A really hearty serving of noodles and minced pork. The flavours are enjoyable and is a great option those seeking a spicy offering. Thai Green Curry (Chicken) - Very clean tasting and well balanced flavours. Not authentic, but rather the restaurant’s impressive adaptation on the classic Thai dish. The value against the pricing makes it really worthwhile. Definitely a place in the city deserving of more recognition

If you’re in Vimannagar, Pune, and craving authentic Tibetan flavors, Yeti & The Monk is a must-visit! Known for its juicy dumplings and spicy thukpa, this cozy spot offers a warm and inviting ambiance perfect for a meal with friends and family. We highly recommend their Chicken Spicy Thukpa, Darjeeling Dumplings, Chicken Chilli Garlic Dumplings, and Dan Dan Noodles. Don’t miss their delightful Chocolate Tart for dessert. With delicious food and a great vibe, this place is a winner!

Summer rolls were excellent, drinks great, exceptional food overall. Only other place that can match the food is their Khadki branch. As my kids would describe it - “it was bussin, op, no cap. Chilli garlic chicken dumplings were fire, chicken buns were slay, fr. Drinks lowkey addictive” TLDR “Passes vibe check. if you haven’t been yet, wyd. GO!” Nuf said.

Yeti and the Monk offers culinary delight and preserves originality. The ambience is cosy, especially the upper floor, interiors are meticulously done, and the service is welcoming. We tried dumplings, spring rolls, datsi and thupka, which were full of flavor. The drinks are also worth trying. Recommended for Himalayan and Tibetan cuisine.

Amazing Darjeeling momos! The biggest and the most juiciest ones yet! We tried the pork baos, they were very different than my expectations. The pork was soft and beautifully made in a rich sauce. We also tried the spring rolls with sweet dip, quite enjoyable. Overall a very enjoyable meal. Will definitely be back to try more!

Really found the service to be bad. This server with spectacles didn't seem to have any professional service experience - he interrupted us mid conversation to empty the table immediately minutes after the bill just to fill in the next customers. When we entered he assured a seat in the above section as soon as it got vacant but he kept sending other customers who entered later. The moment he cleared the plates, he mentioned getting the bill. The food was okay, Pune has much better options in terms of both vibe and food taste, not to mention great customer service. In totality, the place is passable.
