order was taken and then they forgot to place it to kitchen, after waiting for 30 mins when we enquired they said they forgot to place. extremely poor service

Such poor service! We waited for 40 minutes, only to be told that our order was not placed at all. Totally unacceptable and disappointing. The food might be good, but the service experience was terrible. i will request Kunal sir, @rohit Sir please look over, thwy are running out if staff as well

If I could give them review in minus then would rate them a minus 100. Pathetic management, we had prebooked and reached there good 15mins prior, they told us to wait for 10mins which we did. We told them we are here .. we had a 10month old and had to change him, when we came back in 5mins they had given our table to someone else. Such pathetic service! Anyone in Pune, reading this review, kindly do not visit this restaurant, their professionaliam is at -100.

Service was pretty great no doubt about it. Ramen was pretty decent but over priced as per the quantity and not that superior that one might visit it again for Ramen Sushi was brilliant and perfectly made.. however The dimsums specially from the Dimsum festival was pathetic the chicken in it felt stale and completely frozen will never ever try the Dimsums again if it was in my control i toh wouldn't even pay for the dimsum 😁

They don't serve any of the curries with rice or noodles adding up the price, making guests order both separately. I had the prawn sushi and calamari which were good but portion size was very small. it's honestly overpriced.

The food was excellent. We tried the dumplings and Drunken Noodles. Must try. Service was also commendable.
