my ratings are based only on today's visit. otherwise food is amazing here. I was highly disappointed with their teriyaki Ramen bowl... it was horrible in taste. I tried to develop taste thinking it might be different preparation but overall taste and even chicken pieces were not good.

Had ordered chicken noodles. Street vendors put more chicken and veges . I had ordered from their Bangalore framchise, and it was good . Pune franchises not able to meet the standards.

Visited today on 21st Dec 2025, My first and last visit, the service is so bad here, on a Sunday afternoon, there was nobody at the gate for greeting the guests and helping out to assign a table. Anyways we entered and sat on a table for 4. The waiter took our order and then we waited for 45 mins, which later turned out to be a case of poor management as the waiter forgot to punch in the order and nobody in the restaurant even enquired once that have we even placed the order. Upon asking for manager he kept avoiding us, till we raised our voice called him directly upon eye contact. On asking him how much more time it will take, he simply took off stating to check with his waiter. We stood up and left, nobody came once to stop us. We just went in to Asia Kitchen, just infront and they stood watching. Pathetic customer experience. Please avoid !!!!
