I just ate here yesterday 31 October 2024. The food was excellent- I loved the sushi and the Udon noodles bowl, as well as the falafel wrap. The juices were fresh and the service was superb. I loved the ambience and will definitely recommend it as well as return often. The best part was the sound.. thee was none! Very few places today which don’t INSIST on deafening us with annoyingly LOUD music- love that the most

I cannot recommend this place enough! They have cracked the code when it comes to coffee. The beans, the brewing and what you get in your cup is perfection. No matter what kind of coffee you get. Now to this add really good carrot cake and cinnamon roll or a croissant of choice and you’ve got yourself the perfect go to with coffee. The service is prompt and everyone serves with a smile just as warm as their bakes!

Visited the cafe for a relaxed evening coffee and it went quite pleasant. We tried the zen platter which was enough for 2 and the flavours were refreshing. Also had the Vietnamese iced coffee and the Madagascar hot chocolate, both of which were good. The place has a warm cozy outdoorsy ambiance. The service was also top notch. 4 wheeler Parking was available which is an added advantage. Can visit the place again.

Came to this place yesterday. Quiet and clean, there's a nice sitting area outside but cramp inside, very small. It's true the food might be healthy but very bland, we ordered a platter of sandwiches. The macchiato cup is too tiny, the kombucha has no kombucha taste at all, just water flavored with pink something. Not worth it

The food was very below average even though the ambience was nice. The iced latte had no ice, warm pita was not warm and veggie pizza had less than minimal veggies!! The iced latte was not cold and had no ice, we told the waiter the same so he just put ice cubes on top but did not blend or anything so it just became watery. The warm pita was not warm and was a little hard and chewy. We had order the Quattro veggie pizza with musheeoms, zucchini, olives and broccoli. There was only 1tiny piece or maximum 2 pieces of veggie on each slice. When we told waiter that there are barely any veggies on the pizza. So he just added a few ( let’s say minimal) veggies on the same pizza, put a layer of cheese on it and re baked the same pizza and gave it to us. There are many better cafés in the same area and I would not recommend to go that his cafe for sure.

Impolite staff and they make you feel unseen. I went with my younger sibling. We were seated for 20 mins and no one came to take the order. I had to go to their counter to place my order. I dont think they realise how a cafe works.

Since I was traveling solo, I preferred visiting vibrant places where I could enjoy my readings and get some work done. On a fine Saturday, I chose Zen Cafe. When I walked in, about half the tables were occupied by individuals working on laptops. By the time I had ordered a croissant, tea, and mushroom soup, the cafe was full, now with more couples filling the space. I was completely in my "zen" mode, immersed in my readings, when the manager approached me and asked me to move to one of the spineless high chairs facing the wall. The reason? I was working on my laptop, and apparently, they don’t allow that. Had I known this policy before ordering three expensive items, I might have understood. It seems their approach is to wait until customers finish ordering before informing them of the restriction on laptops, especially if they plan to stay longer. Moreover the cheese croissant was all dry, the tea was cold and the staff didn't bother to ask how the food was. My experience with Pune cafes has been similar but at least others don't ask you to leave right after you finish your meal. Well, I value my self-respect more than any wall-facing high chair, so I decided to leave after paying the hefty bill.

We recently visited Zen Cafe and had a bad experience in terms of food. Avocado Sushi – The taste was quite bland, and the portion size was too small for the price. Butter Croissant – It was okay, nothing special. Spinach Omelette – Unfortunately, my husband started feeling unwell after having it, which was disappointing. Cold Coffee – It had no sugar, and it honestly felt like we were having just froth with barely any coffee or milk. Overall, the experience didn’t meet our expectations, especially considering the price point.

Horrible hospitality. Very impolite and inhospitable manager, asked us to go sit outside in the heat despite having empty seats inside since those were his “prime hours” and he’d much rather have those seats vacant for other customers. Very impolite tone and manner of asking, repeatedly kept asking us to go and sit outside despite being told we’ll leave once we are done. Never going back to that cafe again. Feel free to visit if you haven’t been disrespected in a while.

Staff and food both are worst. Overrated place ,blend food specially sushi .Staff are not cooperative
