Had a really lovely experience at Zeta, Hyatt Pune. The C2 Pizza was absolutely delicious – crisp, flavorful, and just the right balance of everything. Also want to mention how sweet and welcoming the servers Babita and Chipen were. They made the whole experience feel even more special. Definitely looking forward to going back!

Food is excellent. Staff is very courteous and helpful . Specially Kim . She ensured that we can have our lunch blissfully without any trouble with a small infant . She carried her throughout this time & served food too . Thank You

reserved a table for our Anniversary celebration! impressed with the food and service. The staff there took the effort to make our day special! absolutely loved the food and the overall experience! highly recommended!

Though it was only two of us, they offered us a seat in the outdoor area. The breads were amazing, Pizza was good but the parmigiana stole the show. Chabom from Zeta team served and suggested really good dishes.

Zeta is an amazing place for italian cuisine and the staff is very friendly. Tiramisu is lovely and the avocado toast also

Few points. They did charge the service charge of 5% which many prominent 5 star properties don’t charge. Customer don’t ask to remove it because it doesn’t sound nice but forcing the service charge is not good. Second, staff only comes when you ask
