the host and the servers were very polite and cute but late delivery , also dal tasted diff when we re ordered it but they were cute enough to remove it from the bill .

Service and food was too good but they have to be a little more cautious about special mentioned as per requirement through zomato dining. we are already mentioned their in Zomato dining booking but they don't follow that and I'm with my partner , it seems me a little bit ashamed.

While the food was good, service time was extremely high. After placing an order we had to wait ~50 minutes to be served for each of the items. This is not something one would expect from an ITC establishment.

Extremely slow service. Took 2 hours+ to bring our food on table - which was 1 pasta 1 hara bhara kebab. Worst fresh lime soda I ever tasted in my life. Ridiculous.
