From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere set the stage for a high-quality dining experience that Chhattisgarh can be proud of. The appetizers were well-seasoned, and the main courses were cooked to perfection. A special shout-out must go to the dessert selection—it was the perfect grand finale to the meal, offering a sophisticated balance of sweetness and texture that left us wanting more. What truly elevated the night from a simple dinner to an "unforgettable" experience was the staff. I want to extend a huge special thanks to: Ms. Lakshmi Tiwari Kaushik Soumik Ms. Mansi Yadav Ms. Sarbani Their hospitality was seamless, attentive, and warm. They anticipated our needs without being intrusive, ensuring that we felt genuinely cared for throughout the evening. It is rare to find a team so synchronized in their dedication to guest satisfaction. As a pasta lover, I found it a bit disappointing and "disturbing" to find that neither olive oil nor mushrooms were utilized in any of the pasta preparations. These are fundamental ingredients in authentic Italian cooking that provide essential depth and earthy richness. The Hyatt Raipur remains a top-tier destination for anyone seeking a refined dinner.

the waiters do not understand basic dietary requirements and the time taken to serve the food will take ages. They will not take you seriously if you are a Jain and do not eat certain things, despite that they will serve you. simply avoid this restaurant... this has been my second bad experience in a span of 1 year...

This place is very, very bad. Worst taste. Super slow service and cold food. Probably the worst place in raipur to plan your dining. Barbecue nation, park, era, godwit & even bakelair are way better options than this. Don’t waste your money & time here. 0 out of 10.
