Had ordered Garlic Spring Rolls & Paneer Tikka. The spring rolls were super oily, they did not even bother to wipe out the excess oil using a tissue. The staff seemed to be least interested into customer service/support. Earlier the quality and services of this outlet used to be great, but now they have degraded on everything. The paneer tikka felt like eating raw paneer, it was not marinated properly + the paneer cubes were not at all well barbecued. You go to Haldiram’s for uniformity in taste , but the taste and service has gone down the drain drastically.

Was very disappointed with the order The thali was so bad, wasn’t fresh but most of all They kept sending the wrong stuff .
