One of its kind experience in Raipur. Great food and great ambience. Music was not too loud which made conversations more fun. Also Shreekant gave some good recommendations for Mongolian rice with vegetables in black bean sauce. The highlight was his eggless recommendation of house made Bengali sweets. The paan rasgulla was a bomb and the brownie was top notch and the rasmalai was pillowy soft like a cloud bursting full of flavours in your mouth. Loved it.Must visit when in Raipur

I ordered garlic bread which was very dry , crispy prawns were like boiled and quantity was very very less, the gosht biryani was very average in taste, they should work on their platings and flavours .

Zero things for Jain's. No Jain food available, literally no item in the menu has jain preparation. Had to come here and leave

We had a horrible experience at Iraa.Om March 10, 2024, we booked a lunch for our guests from USA.Many senior citizens including Vice Chancellors and senior government funsmctionaries were invited . Almost all of us developed severe diarrhea with frequent vomitting and motions.All the American guests had an extremely distressing time with diarrhea continuing for two days. When contacted, the staff initially agreed to make a full refund but on second thought is backtracking. The food was stale with lots of chilli, Rasmalai spoiled and service rotten. My advice is to avoid this place if you care for your well being. They cheat us.

I ordered Awadhi Chicken Biryani expecting rich and authentic flavors, but what I received was disgustingly disappointing to it's extent. The entire dish tasted overwhelmingly like rose essence, as if the food had been dipped in perfume. It completely overpowered the taste of the rice, chicken, and spices, making it absolutely inedible. Biryani should be aromatic, not floral to this extreme. Very let down by this order. Would've made it at home by marinating rice in rose essence if I was craving a flower bouquet.

We went in on suggestion from an acquaintance, hoping for good food and quality. We ordered Tandoori Malai Broccoli and after taking one full bite did we realise it was chicken. Being pure vegetarian, I am never stepping in this restaurant again and asking all of my knowns to definitely avoid it. It happened with us, it could happen with anyone.

The menu does not properly mention the prices of the food items clearly. We ordered a Cheesecake for ₹495 but received a pastry instead after the payment of ₹495 had been sent. I don't think the prices are so high at any other restaurant or cafe in Raipur. I would definitely not recommend this cafe at any cost.

The food was okay not as per the rating in zomato. The Mix sauce pasta was not good and the bread served with pasta tasted quite old. The drink ice tea was not at all good. They need to update their food quality instead of ambience.

Disgusting, Food was not served for more than an hour. Had to cancel my order as they were unable to serve food . They kept us waiting for more than an hour
